This is not Mint chocolate chip!! The color and taste are NOTHING like I’ve had from Baskin in the last 10 years. It’s WHITE?! Since this was a take away order I couldn’t even check the color in the store. Not cool.

Apparently this site has changed owners. It's still clean but the portions on 2 and 3 scoop sundaes are miniscule! The cups are not quite half way filled. I got 1 cherry when I asked for cherry topping and I did not ask for the "included" toppings. So I guess no substitutes. I WILL NOT patronize this store again!

New owners have rude ignorant morons working there now. Miss the former owner. They still havent ordered the fav summer flavor Pink Bubblegum & of course noone working there knows if it will be available this summer.

I have always loved Baskin Robbins ice cream. This review is not about the quality of the product but the quantity I received. I ordered a 3 scoop sundae, reasonably expecting at least 9 to 10 ounces of ice cream based on the rather high price. What I got was maybe 4--5 ounces of ice cream, each "scoop" looking more like a tablespoon than a scoop. The cherry on top took up much of the surface area of the scoop upon which it sat and there was barely any chocolate sauce. Can you imagine my disappointment? Thank goodness I didn't ask for any whipped cream or that could've been yet another potential let down! Don't they know that messing with a girl's sundae is just wrong? I mean what the heck is anyone supposed to do with 3 tablespoons of ice cream??? That's hardly even a taste!! Thinks are not that great in the world, and when I want to treat myself to a bit of sweet, heavenly goodness, I do not want to be short changed. I want the full scoop experience!!! Do better B & R.

The vanilla soft serve tasted weird. My daughter and I went inside to tell them. However, the staff was rude and claimed the manager is not here and they can't do anything about it despite spending $30. They definitely lost a customer.

This location serves the smallest 2 scoop sundaes I have ever seen. $6.00 for a sundae that doesn't even fill 1/2 the cup? Nice people but this makes this place really expensive. Not worth it so I will go to carvel a 1/2 mile down the road.

It's such a wonderful place to hangout after school. The staff is wonderful and so sweet. Everything is clean and fresh, the ingredients are great!

I was sold a sour spoiled ice cream cake from @baskinrobbins !!! How is that an ice cream shop has spoiled ice cream cake? And the thing about spoiled ice cream is that you can’t tell until you eat it! So after singing happy birthday to my just six year old soon and serving the kids first I took my first bite and spit it out yelling “don’t eat the cake, don’t eat the cake!” Yeah, imagine how that went over in the room with kids. In the garbage the plates went along with the birthday moment.
