Boston Market used to be great. Now they're serving some of the worst food. It's disappointing to see how far they've fallen.

I watched a documentary about Boston Market it was very interesting. I decided to go and give a try. The menu looked overwhelming big so I asked the lady for recommendations and got the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides (Mashed potatoes and rice) great combo by the way. The place looked clean but sadly not busy at all from 12:00 to 12:30. I hope they make a come back. Service was 10/10!

Hands down the WORST boston market, if I could give it a negative rating it would be done in a heartbeat. Once you walk in there's a strong smell of odor that smelled like a mix of paint and cleaning supplies. I would be concern eating from this establishment. The service was even worse, the lady behind the counter has a nasty attitude even with a simple order. We ended up just walking out in disbelief of how rude she was. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this location.

Placed our order online for pickup. It was not a great experience. Made the mistake of not checking the bags. When I got home I found we were missing the Mac & cheese and BBQ sauce. Returned to shop as the Mac&cheese was an extra side that we were charged for, skipped on the BBQ sauce. They provided the side, although they were not pleased. Overall the food was so so. The chicken was good, but the sides were poor to just okay. Also, online order menu did not include some of the sides we saw when we went to pickup our order.

Not many Boston markets in Indianapolis so when I flew in to ny and was starving, I pulled right in. Staff was very nice.I ordered bbq chicken which was hot, fresh, and tasty albeit very sweet.Broccoli was undercooked and mac and cheese was running in a cheese sauce.And the cornbread was so small, like 1 bite and doneLunch did the job and tackled my hunger but not satisfying.

Customer satisfaction to the lowest...I asked for small size gravy with large mashed potatoes and I ever offered to pa, because I had gum work done and can't eat anything beside soft food for couple days....I been coming to this store since 15 or 20yrs n no one untill today said no...guess what I will find a different Boston market...no wonder your stores ratings are low to 3.

The chicken and ribs were dried and they were like leftover. Not going to order from this place again.
I had not been to a Boston market in many years. This one was completely Empty. The person working was obviously not happy to be there and was not very helpful when I asked specific questions. The food itself was horrible.

During my visit in the afternoon it was a pleasant diner. The place was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. This has become my place to go from now on.

Went here for takeout and ordered the meatloaf meal for 3. I ended up coming home with a chicken instead. Really crazy since I placed the order in person and saw the server put the meatloaf on the tray. I'm not going to drive back to the place to correct the order since I'm already at home. Please remember to check your orders again before you leave. Not sure how they can mess up the order.

Omg! Worse experience of my life. I went in and ordered two chicken sandwiches and the staff told me they were cooking the chicken and it would take awhile (this is after I paid.) I said no problem at all, I even ran across the street to cvs to pick up a few things. When I came back into the restaurant my food still wasn't ready. After about a total of 45 minutes just waiting for these sandwiches they were put in a bag and I left. When I got home I had a very uneasy feeling and I went to go cut my chicken sandwich and half and low and behold the chicken had not been cooked at all!!!!!!!! Neither was the other sandwich. Thank GOD I didn't bite into it I would have would up in the hospital!! I had to report this to the health department and I will never ever ever eat from this Boston market or recommend it to anyone. Stay away!

Kids meals price $5.99 I checked the my receipt they charged $7.99 when questioned the lady said white meat more money. This place is run down the side dish is horrible very Sad Boston Market used to be good.
