This was a great find. The restaurant was clean, modern, and the menu was extremely reader friendly. We've never been in this branded restaurant before and actually saw the store in error. But we were pleasantly surprised. The options were great and fully customizable to include warm selection if preferred which was nice for a salad spot. The customer service was top notch. My only suggestion is more stragtegicly placed and bright signage should be invested in to target traffic flows on both cross streets which are always busy. I've driven by this location so many times without noticing it was insane to me this place was great. Plus, there is a Smash Burger next door if you have a big family and want everyone's dinner appetite met.

This place is under new management. New manager/older guy has an ego issue. Has no respect for customers and has no clue about customer service. Guy needs to be taught on how to run a business decently.

My favorite Chopt by far. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and my salad is always perfect. I highly recommend this location and the Mexican Caesar salad w/ grilled chicken.

Horrible new owners don't have a clue what they are doing messed up my order, no one spoke English, I paid 14 for a simple salad, the dressing was watered down, it's not the same great place or used to be, very sad, I won't be going back
