This was my first time here to pick up food. The older lady at the checkout line with brown hair was rude, and I’m not surprised—there are other comments saying the exact same thing. Clearly, whoever runs this place doesn’t care about her attitude, because it’s obvious this behavior is nothing new. Do better. There’s no excuse to be that nasty when working in customer service

Love a good Broadway sandwich with fresh chicken cutlet and mozzarella which is hard to be. Usually long lines, but wish the wait.

I walked in with high expectations. Slow service and my order for two Vodka parm sandwiches turned out to be chicken parm sandwiches instead. I had high hopes, but unfortunately, the food was a disappointment.

The chicken cutlets need a moment of their own on this review page! My Sicilian husband was speechless and might have even teared up a bit (he’ll never admit it) when he tried them— bringing him back to his childhood days of his Nonno and Nonna cooking after spending the day in the garden together. If nothing more than good food, Dom’s deli’s authentic, Italian family recipes provide happy, joyful memories for my family about one’s who are no longer with us— something we will always be grateful to have! I stop at Dom’s deli any chance I get and am always greeted by wonderfully kind staff ready to take my order. We are lucky to have a place like Dom’s in our community!

We didn’t really like the santiago, the bread was soggy when we got home and the vodka parm didn’t have enough sauce. chicken fingers were pretty good

Tenders was aight
I was not impressed with the Southwest chicken cutlet sandwich…it was really dry, and the chipotle sauce was very overpowering. Wish it had more lettuce and tomatoes…I also don’t know why everyone raves about the chicken strips, thought they were bland. Overall decent sub and chicken.

I have been to Dominick's a few times. Service is always pleasant, never any issues. I like the ambiance of an old fashioned no nonsense NY style deli. In my recent visit, I ordered a sandwich they listed as the Bella Calabria. I ordered mine on semolina bread. The sandwich was good. I didn't give it 5 stars because I felt it could have been a little better. The broccoli Rabe wasn't sautéed with garlic or chili pepper and wasn't seasoned with salt and pepper. The mozzarella was chilled and fresh mozz out if the fridge on a sandwich needs to be room temp and creamy, not cold because it's dry. They drizzled Balsamic, which I did like, but some extra Virgin olive oil wouldn't have made the difference. I'm really not trying to be picky, and the price overall for a sandwich is pretty good. I was just slightly disappointed because it could have been a GREAT sandwich. Last point, Calabria is famous for its hot peppers. I think the ingredients listed did say hot cherry peppers, which would have been awesome, but the sandwich had the sweet roasted peppers, which I love too, but was expecting the heat. I'll still come back, but I hope the next time I LOVE the sandwich I order.

This one’s going to be a heartbreaker also. And my eight year old son? He’s never going to forgive me. Been coming here a long time. The chicken fingers are freaking insane. Went in here this morning. I got two egg sandwiches and two medium coffees for $22. The egg sandwich were $4.99 a piece. So a medium coffee was five dollars each. Then? They tax all of this. Sorry. But there’s no justification for that. To be completely honest? I think five dollars for an egg sandwich is out of line. But it’s nothing compared to a lot of other places. I’ve had places try and charge me over eight dollars for two eggs with bacon on a roll. So giving Dom’s five dollars for an egg sandwich? No problem, here you go. Plus, I would never lie about the place. The food is awesome. Five dollars for a cup of coffee? Plus tax on it? And the coffee? Was basically brown dishwater? A pound of coffee is about $8.00. Out of 1 pound of coffee you should get about 22, twelve ounce cups. They make $110 for an $8 pound of coffee? With the way all these places are doing this? In the past year, there are less and less places that I will spend my money in. Times have been very hard. We all know it. But sorry, DOMS. You’re going to have to bear some of the burden also. Every day I see things more and more for what they are. For that same $22? I could’ve made 22 cups of coffee at home and Made 20 egg sandwiches. We wont be back. My little guy is gonna be pissed, lol. He loves those freaking chicken fingers. Once again? I won’t lie. I love those freaking things too.
Great food! Amazing chicken fingers, heros, salads and more.
