Gino's Trattoria & Pizzeria of New Hyde Park

When I ordered my food for delivery, I wasn't expecting much. I placed an order for 1 Neopolitan pie, mozzarella sticks, and some garlic knots. The garlic knots were great, but the rest of the food left much to be desired. The mozzarella sticks, while somewhat juicy, were average. There wasn't any kind of cheese pull. The pizza tasted ok, but it looked like it had been reheated, and the taste reflected that. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it could've been better.

I came here to see what the hype was about for the garlic knot pizza and it did not disappoint! You definitely need to try it, if you haven’t already. I had an amazing time at this place. The staff was also super nice and welcoming. I also tried the dessert and it was to die for, along with the Cesar salad. I highly recommend this spot.

Love the food from this place always order for take out, I try to pick so I know it's fresh & delivered promptly to my table not cold or sitting in traffic give myself the approximate time to get my order ready so far never disappointed keep my salad away from the hot pizza boxso doesn't get wilted & I love their family take out offer it is great offer, the food is amazing penne a la vodka & chicken parm 😋.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We had a birthday party and brought our own cake. They let us store it in their fridge and even cut and served it for us. One of the kids didn't like our vanilla cake, and the staff gave him a free piece of chocolate cake, just because! Delicious pizza and great staff. Highly recommend.

Ordered amazing food for my son's graduation dinner. Our waitress was wonderful and made wonderful cocktails. Perfect home made Italian in Long Island 🩷

We had an outstanding dining experience. The service was fabulous, our server was very nice and made sure we were well taken cared for as was all of the wait staff. The food was superb served hot and delicious. The menu was extensive with several choices. Gino's is the perfect place for a quick weekday meal and and definitely the place for a special occasion.

Finally tried Gino’s after dining in the area many times . Shared fried calamari and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers . Mushrooms were very good , calamari ok . Main courses were veal Francese which for me was very salty . My friend enjoyed his sausage and peppers dinner . Both portions were large and came with pasta . Glass of wine pour was really small for this type of establishment . Servers were very sweet so overall a nice night out with some hits and misses . Would like to try the pizza next time

Terrible. My daughter ordered a medium rare steak , but she got a medium well , not even close to what supposed to be . The manager didn't care and on top of that he tried to convince me that the steak was cooked right. Very disappointed. Not planning to go back there again.

AMAZING!! Could very well be the BEST tasting pizza in Long Island. The staff is great, place is clean and the pizza is TOP of the TOP!
