Placed a pickup order at 7:20 PM and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. The food finally showed up at 8:26 PM — over an hour later. The dining room was completely empty, a total ghost town, yet the staff looked lost and disorganized. No communication, no apology, and no manager anywhere to be found. Easily the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. The place is poorly managed, chaotic, and clearly going downhill fast. Avoid this restaurant — there are plenty of better spots nearby that actually care about their customers.

Ridiculous this is the 2nd week I came and had to go back because they can’t give us a table for 3 people. I came last week too and had to go back because they can’t give us a table at 12pm like seriously. We came twice last week and today and had the same issue. We drove for an hour and half to come.

We went for nashta buffet and everything was so fresh. The girl in front was very attentive and friendly. Loved to come back with large group. They have private room as well. Very well maintained and reasonable buffet in town

I had the pleasure of catering from Sunshine for my nikkah, and the experience was excellent. The food was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by all of my guests. I would highly recommend Sunshine for anyone seeking quality catering and outstanding service.

Great food and reasonable price

Horrible customer service, have the audacity to call the customer and start arguing with them about something that was their fault, very desi of them, never ordering from here again, learn customer service

The customer service here is absolutely disgusting. They always close an hour earlier than the time listed on Google. They claim it’s a walk-in restaurant, but when you actually show up, they ask if you have a reservation. There is no proper management, and the staff isn’t trained at all. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We went for their Chinese buffet, which they offer every Wednesday. The food was bland, tasteless and cold. There was no variety for a “buffet.” It looks like they are trying to get customers to come in by offering a buffet. However, the food tasted horrible and not fresh at all.

I recently had brunch at Sunshine Restaurant in Hicksville, and it was a great experience. The buffet was well-prepared with a nice variety, and at $15 per person, I think it’s very reasonable in today’s times. The service was attentive and friendly, earning a solid 4 stars from me. Overall, a very good spot for a tasty and affordable brunch! 🌞🍴

I must say good value,quantity food was really delicious all though I went late but food grill platter,hakka chicken noodles with naan n krazzy kebab all was steaming hot n tasty I think their chef had improvised
