Takeout-only establishment. We love their version of 'Bombay Sandwich', made here in panini press; as against traditional method of using sandwich toaster with deep pocket heating plates. While this approach facilitates use of bigger slices, we have to contend with chopped ingredients falling off.
Flavor is always well managed and grill marks enhanced by use of margarine (against use of butter).
One hopes they'll be little more attentive to store...
