I have never had a bad experience at Jonathan's - their menu has so much to offer, the service is impeccable, and everyone always enjoys themselves. And the freshly redone restrooms looked amazing!

The ambience is nice, however the food was just okay in my opinion. I had a Jumbo Shrimp dish that came with potatoes, and broccoli. The shrimp were a little over cooked for my liking... it was just a mediocre meal.

First time trying this restaurant and it did not disappoint! The appetizers were delicious and the steak was absolutely amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely planning to come back!

Jonathan’s is one of my favorite spots in Garden City Park! The food is always fresh and flavorful — the scallop risotto and crab cakes are outstanding, and the calamari is perfectly crispy. Great portions, nice atmosphere, and friendly service. Whether it’s dinner with friends or a date night, this place never disappoints!

​From the moment we walked in, Jonathan's felt special. This isn't just a meal; it's an experience. Every detail, from the warm, inviting ambiance to the impeccable service, was perfectly executed.
​The menu is a masterpiece of modern cuisine, featuring creative twists on classic dishes while highlighting incredibly fresh, high-quality ingredients. The appetizers alone are reason enough to visit, offering a fantastic variety: The Grilled Calamari was tender with a beautiful char, the Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls offered a brilliant, spicy crunch, and the Short Rib Empanadas were rich, savory, and simply perfect.
​For the main course, the selection is excellent, catering to all tastes. I highly recommend the Lamb Shank (tender and divine!) or the Pan-Seared Halibut (raved about by my dining partner). To complement our meal, the drink menu was equally impressive, featuring a lovely Sonoma-Cutrer Chardonnay and a notable selection of multiple Macallan Scotch whiskies for a perfect digestif.

I recently hosted a delightful Baby Shower for my daughter at Jonathan's.in Garden City. The room was lovely, the food delectable, and the service impeccable! Charlene was so gracious even before the big day. She was always charming and availble to anwer every question.
Dean, the manager, went above and beyond to make the day truly beautiful. And of course, our amazing waiters, Misael and Alex, were so attentive to every guest. Misael even made some on the spot suggestions that I truly appreciated. We are all so pleased and grateful to everyone at Jonathan's for making this special day so unforgettable!

I would have written this even more quickly, but our guests kept calling to tell us how much they enjoyed the party and how delicious the food was!

The food was very good! All four of us had the price-fixed dinner which offered many choices and included appetizer, entree and dessert! I had the medallions of filet mignon which was excellent! Service was very attentive. Noise level was “quiet” - it was a Monday night at 6pm! We had a leisurely meal and were there for over 2 1/2 hours! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

The boss used to live this place growing up, having gone there with mom and aunt's and her family. Since making me and now the kids go, it's an underwhelming experience. The food was OK, nothing to point out as good, let alone exceptional. The place is beautiful, but that's not enough to go back. I don't think after the last experience we will.
