OK, first is a McDonald's so manage expectations. Building is interesting, historical, but again it's MCD so no comments on food. Other than that, service was ridiculous. There's more people working than eating yet most of the tables are dirty and need to be wiped off. We asked a worker to please wipe off a table so we could sit; she did then went back to chatting with the other workers- and left all the other tables still dirty. Again, the building itself is a novelty and actually nice looking, but it's lipstick on a pig

Went just for the kids to see a cool looking mcdonalds. While the exterior and interior looked cool, the service sucks. It took 25 mins to get our order of 3 large fries. Some fast food.

Nice and clean. Also look very fancy from the outside.
Not your typical McDonald’s! Instead of the usual modern design, it’s housed in a stunning historic-style building full of charm. The beautiful architecture and classic white exterior make it worth visiting even if you’ve had McDonald’s a hundred times before. Same food as any other location, but the setting makes the whole experience unique and memorable.

I usually order from another mcds on Springfield I order oatmeal from them I get dry oatmeal with just raisins and apples . I ordered today feom this McDonald's figuring it would be different. I was wrong I got oatmeal with no raisins and no apples. Why cant they get a simple order right. Ridiculous
