I’ve been going here for 4 years and never have I felt so disappointed. There was a cashier in the building so you had to order from the thing. So I went to the drive thru and asked for the limited burger. They kept asking for a number but it doesn’t have one than asking if we meant quarter pound w/ bacon. The fires was also disappointing, there was basically no salt on the fries and there was a huge difference in how much fries was inside between 2 size large fries.

I am an international student from Vietnam. Many of my friends from back home told me to go to this place since the decor is awesome and review to them. However, when I arrived, because McDonald in my country, we often order in the cashier table. But in here, people order through the board. I did not know how to order so I asked a guy worked in the cashier area and he helped me. However, when I got a tent to wait and they will bring in the table to me, nobody brought any food for me since I just order one ice cream and one coke. I had to wait for so long and still nobody brought anything and I had to come and asked them. The next table that is near me, they ordered nearly the same time and got the food with away and they ordered a lot of food. I feel horrible because I came to a new country and got treated differently. It makes my memory in New Hyde Park horrible and I live just near there, I live in Garden City.

I've been going to this mcds for 14 years and it's a hit or miss. There was about 2 years that I ate here nearly everyday with my Pops too. Lately the service is bad. I just came back from a drive thru experience where they didn't give all the food properly. I ordered a mcchicken and it was missing. Had to go back in to go get it. Ordered a deluxe bacon and ranch mcchicken and it was the most pathetic excuse of a sandwich I've ever seen unless they made a mistake and didn't give me a deluxe. It had NO lettuce, 2 pickles and was flat. Huge disappointment compared to the photo. I ordered 2 fries and and for the large, half the fries were missing. Its extrememly disappointing. Not to mention, once going back in to get the missing sandwich, they took the receipt and guess what, now you can't even file a proper complaint. Get your damn service together. The prices have been raised but the quality is trash. Yea its mcds, and $23. But for what? Even a bag of chips is more satisfying. And this is at 6:00 pm on a Wednesday. So whoever is managing this restaurant at this time you need to keep an eye out for the orders. Everybody has to deal with something or the other in any job. But this isn't the first time I've been disappointed by this establishment. Definitely have no reason to frequent this place like I used to after this.

They don't make the steak egg and cheese on a bagel good at this location. The steak so dry and barely had any breakfast sauce on it and I asked for extra breakfast sauce.

Employee would not allow me to order at cashiers. Waiting for customer in front to pay. The manager harassed me to order at kiosk. I refused and she kept barking order. I walked out and will not return and will let coworkers at hospital know the customer service being offered there

The incredible place, really beautiful. Excellent service. Clean and neat
This is one of the two actual McMansions in the nation. We included a stop to both on our road trip last fall. The other one (The Gore House) in Freeport, ME, was closed along with the rest of the entire town when we arrived as a result of the Lewiston incident. It was so cool to see how well the franchise was integrated into the original structure without altering very much of it.My wife and I had a takeout order of sweet tea and fries - those are the only consistently good items on the menu.

I have always wanted to go in and check out this McDonald's for the decor experience, and I finally got the chance. I could see coming back on a nice summer day. It doesn't feel like being in a restaurant, but more like a cozy country cottage. I enjoyed it.Parking: See it grab it.
