Very solid and dependable bagel / breakfast spot in the neighborhood. You can find better bagels at some other local shops (hand rolled), but these always still hit the spot. Good, quick option and friendly service.

They did not put bacon on the sandwich as ordered and bagel was stale.1 syrup for 3 pancakes and no utensils,ate them with my hands and no fruit as pictured

When you call they get very confused and tell you to call back tomorrow. The bagels arent fresh theyre like the bagels youd get at a deli not from a bagel store. The only good thing about this place is theyre cheap and run good deals on ubereats but the nice thing is since they mess up everything uber refunds the money every time so you can basically eat for free. Coffee is decent.

I recently visited New York Bagel and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was beyond terrible, primarily due to the behavior of an Indian lady who was managing the counter. Her attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against visiting this outlet if you value good service and a pleasant dining experience. There are plenty of other places where you can enjoy a good bagel without being subjected to such appalling behavior.
If zero were an option. This place is filthy and should be closed down. I just received an order for my family of three and all the bagels were molded from the obvious outside to the inside. How do you run a business like this. I want all businesses to succeed but with your cruel customer service and poor quality of food. When we called, the manager said he doesn’t know what mold is. Please check your food before eating and or paying. Good luck.
