This review is for their all you can eat. First unlike other ayce places, there is no paper to fill or what you want. Instead, you tell the waiter what you would like and they come back if you want to order more stuff. I tried a couple of the rolls. The earthquake roll and Sakura rolls stood out. The nova roll, fantastic roll, passion roll were OK to try, but I would not order them again. Also,
the drink I ordered was very weak. I was really disappointed. Furthermore, we wanted to order dessert, but we were told that would be extra, which is also surprising considering other ayce places include desserts. Overall, we felt that nova was missing the mark compared to other ayce places.

Your usual sushi buffet place. Highlights are the hot & sour soup, the sashimi (salmon, squid, tuna), and the short ribs. The kids in my group rly like the chicken wings. Appreciate the reasonable portion size for all the noodle and rice dishes.

The food is not the best.
They are stealing money from there customer. I put down on my check the tip and the total amount just checked my bank transaction and they took another $20 on top of what i already left them. They will scam you

Great place with plenty of variety - about $40 after tax for weekend dinner. They also close later (11 on Saturdays) than other all-you-can-eat places in the general area. Staff were very professional and attentive despite how busy it was. They did their best and cleaned as they went. The menu has a ton of options so I recommend just writing down what you want on your phone so the waiter can take a picture and send it to the kitchen. Fish was high quality. Some of the special rolls had sauce that didn't taste like anything and packed depth but overall the sushi and maki items were delicious. The Out of Control Roll was very good with seared salmon on top and salmon/yellowtail inside. They had a white tuna truffle appetizer which was so nice and fatty, garnished with tobiko. Pork gyoza was also good. Highly recommend.

Place can get very hectic in the evening, they stuck us 6 inches away from another couple dining, it practically felt like we were dining together. Service is subpar and the sushi is decent but not for the price. Waitresses are very rude and quick to dismiss you. If you don’t tip they chase you down and demand a tip
