Bought 2 xl protein shake charged me $17.92 which is fine then I asked for a extra cup ( raj the supervisor) charged me extra $3 for cup only this is super illegal way to rip people off ?

Between the poor attitude of the employees, severe lack of customer service, and them only giving you half of the shake that you ordered (dumping the rest out unless you "pay more for a larger cup", they can keep their $8.50 shakes. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I had a small situation and left kind of upset thinking it would not get resolved. I get a call from the owner himself and he personally made sure that he fixed the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and to me that's the most important and meaningful way to treat your customers! I love their drinks especially the fat fighter! I've been going there for years and will continue to go. People might say it's a bit expensive but your paying for quality and efficiency! I definitely recommend this place!

Bought a mango banana fruit smoothie and it was gross. It taste like powder. Powder!! How does a mango banana "fresh" smoothie taste like powder! I told the staff it was gross and one of younger looking guy shrugged his shoulders while the older lady at the cash register said "ok". I mentioned to the cashier that there is a sign that says "no refunds , exchange only" and she didn't even realize it was there. She ended up saying that it was for the"appeareal section". If that was the case, the sign should also say that because the store sells all type of items. First and last time purchasing their products and I wouldn't recommend. Long story short my friend and I threw out our drinks and we ordered different "fresh" real fruit smoothies

Dude Stop selling ice in your smoothies. I paid 8 bucks for ice and protein powder. That's not what a smoothie is. This s*** needs to be regulated. Selling fake powder too This picture is me after eating the slush of ice. You can imagine what it was like.

Great spot inside of LA Fitness. Always good for a post workout shake or smoothie. Large selection of energy drinks and protein bars. I always stick to Vita-Blast mega smoothie. Never longer than a 1 minute wait for my drink from the moment I order it.

How lucky are we that this stellar juice, smooth bar with a great wrap/ sandwich menu is open straight from 6 am Monday to Friday night at 10 pm and Saturdays and Sunday's 8-8! Nrgize is in LA Fitness clubs across the U.S. but this one is leagues above the rest. 1) The people working here, the staff make it what it is. The level of service and the attention to detail is incomparable. Love their crew especially Norma and the awesome and very kind Jose who works the overnight midnight to 8 am shift. Love that these kids are always happy and smiling. 2) The line can be 8 deep at 11 pm but they get through it quick. 3) The quality of the fruits used for the juices is outstanding ie beets, apples, carrots, celery and oranges. You can taste the difference with the additional immediate boost of course. The mega smoothies are pretty darned tooting good too. My favs are the Protein Pump, Mocha Java Bolt and the Vita Boost 4) Great prices = $6.95 for a 32 oz fresh squeeze juice. Pay $6-$10 for half that size at most juice bars. 5) Love that I can drop off my racquet here for re stringing. 6) Great selection of protein bars and nuts. 7) Love, love, love their wraps. They have 12 different types. Love that you can pop in on the way back from the city at 2:45 am and get a chicken Caesar wrap and a smoothie or get that protein bar before the next chest bench routine. 8) They sell t shirts, shorts, gloves and towels. 9) Love their prepaid account plan with a sweet bonus. I paid a $100, it became a $110 with the add on and I also got a free lovely PB & J Meal replacement smoothie worth 7 bucks. Great energy, great people. The perfect pick me up at a gym. Love it!!!

Their "fresh fruit smoothies" are disgusting. It tasted so artificial and should basically be a milkshake. The overly creamy and sugary taste made it feel like I was drinking an ice cream. The staff was so rude, but I that may just have something to do with the gym itself. Nonetheless, go 3 blocks down for fresh and healthy smoothies and juice for life.
