Stopped by today because my daughter was craving pretzels. While the staff was nice and friendly, when we got home and tried the cinnamon mini pretzels which cost $7 plus tax, we couldn't even bit into them, that's how hard they were. The pretzels were obviously very old. It's sad because that is their sole focus and to be selling old pretzels is unacceptable. Truly disappointing!

I love pretzels, and as soon as I’ve been into it, it was mouthwatering. The prices are great. The food is wonderful and if you have a free moment, stop by the petrol factory, new Hyde Park, New York.

The confusion between pick-up and placing orders resulted in customers enduring over an hour of waiting. The absence of clear direction threw the establishment into chaos, leaving employees unsure of their duties. Adding to the frustration, the manager threatened to close the store due to the prolonged wait times. The entire experience on Super Bowl Sunday was a disorganized debacle, leaving patrons feeling both frustrated and dissatisfied.
