I Have been to many Starbuck with a Great atmosphere. This Store Managers seems to have a Toxic one. Everyone has a serious face worse than if you were in the Military. I'm Sure that's not what Starbucks stands for!

Considering rhe number of healthcare workers coming in on their way to multiple medical providers nearby, this staff EXCELS at getting orders correct and putting a smile on every customer's face ! I suggest order ahead to save time

Bad store, the manager has a really bad attitude. I ordered a cold brew with vanilla and vanilla cold foam. I asked if they charge for extra pumps for syrups and was told that they do charge and I had said that it was fine and asked if I could get more pumps. Then, she asked more pumps of what with an attitude. First of all, which other syrups other than vanilla did I get? As a manager, why is your customer service so bad? Getting frustrated over syrups? I’m sure a customer asking for 2 more pumps is the least of your problem. Learn have to have better customer service.

They could keep the tables cleaner. Seems Starbucks is leaving the sit down cafe model to more of a to go model.
Other local shops are more sit down friendly, but Starbucks is the most consistent in flavors and hours.
