This place is a joke. Online order was for a Venti cold brew with no ice, they made it incorrectly. I asked them to correct it, and the guy immediately started making it incorrectly again, with ice. As I corrected him, he gave me snark and was visibly and audibly upset. He then began to make it incorrectly a third time. I asked him politely to slow down and not to put ice in the drink. 3rd time was the charm, but it's not worth the aggravation. I don't drink this garbage, I drink coffee. Please don't subject yourself to this store, go to 7-11 instead.

The morning crew is good. the evening crew needs improvement. Sometimes, u order a head of time, and when u get there, it's not ready at the time it should because "someone" is busy on the phone or talking to each other.

Whatever you do, do not order a nitro cold brew here. The cup was filled 3/4s of the way with foam and when I went to ask the barista about it she said yeah…. That’s a nitro cold brew. I’ve been to Starbucks a 100 times and have never had such a terrible experience.

This is my go to Starbucks usually, but Saturday afternoons are terrible. Staff seems preoccupied, and service is mediocre during this time when it's the 3 guys working together. Don't come here Saturday afternoon if your looking for an attentive experience and a good drink made. It kills me to say this, because this place is normally my go to.
