So unprofessional waited at the intercom with no line for 3 min I figured it probably didn't work so I pulled to the window.The guy working this shift was talking under his breath i couldn't hear a word he was saying I asked him can I order at window he said nah go back to the intercom,I could understand if he had a line but nope business was slow not one car just me so I decided to just drive off because of the attitude and him having me have to go back with no cars in line is just insane this explains the low reviews low star ratings glad he did that instead of just spending my money to be unsatisfied..picture no line no cars bright daylight 3:pm

At this place the staff spend more time talking to each other than actually working. The preparation time for my order was over 15 minutes. Terrible team of useless people.

Customer service is horrible. They don’t know how to talk to their customers when you pay full amount and if something don’t taste good, they don’t give you proper answer. I would not recommend anybody to go at this place. They always mess up your order.

Really messy order — the grilled cheese burrito may as well have been a regular, the Baja blast freeze had no flavor, and the nacho fries were soggy and unappetizing. I’ve been here before so I’m not sure why it’s so bad now.

Mohammad has excellent customer service! I was there yesterday and had asked for a Double Decker supreme, but was told its was only around for a limited time and they no longer served it. Mohammed was kind enough to say he'd make it for me anyway and that he did! Being in the medical field, where compassion and service means everything, really made me appreciate that. I also observed him come from around the counter to help a customer who was having a hard time ordering from the kiosk. He's a true asset to Taco Bell. More people should be like him.
