In fairness, this review is based on one menu item along with my customer experience with the drive thru. I ordered a crispy chicken burrito which has been promoted extensively on their commercials and at their restaurants. I did like that they took the time to crisp up the tortilla on the outside. However when it took my first bite, there were parts of the burrito that were lukewarm and others were completely cold. Also the breading on the chicken made me feel like I was chewing salty gravel. I couldn’t finish the burrito and threw out about half of it. This Taco Bell has an AI ordering system that takes longer than a regular human and asks you if you want to add extra money to a charity. From my perspective, I just want my order to be fast and accurate. Please don’t ask me to donate to a charity, even though you are probably getting paid by said charity. I will not go back to this Taco Bell in the future as the food quality is so far below what I expect and I despise their AI ordering system at the drive thru. I miss the way Taco Bell used to be from 1995 to 2005. It is a shell of what it used to be.

Shrinkflation here. The tacos here are always way smaller and have no fillings. Sometimes, they don’t even heat up the cantina chicken properly.
Other Taco Bell’s for the same price do much better. Stop being so stingy

We are here at 1.45 for dine in we sit on the table and start eating 2 o clock the staff come and talk very rudely with us very disappointed they said leave the lobby area right now and they are talking abuse language in Spanish very bad experience
The staff is disgusting! We asked for a small cup for water and the lady was very combative, started arguing with my husband. When my husband asked for her name, she said they don't wear name tags for this reason and another lady started yelling at my husband that she won't give the other lady's name. They are disgustingly rude, unprofessional, and nasty!

This is a nice place. Visit here for the tasty food. Behavior of all the staff are nice and handle the stuff carefully. also they use gloves and cap for food safety. I like to visit here everyday and invest like 20 dollar everyday. Also have parking service available and accessible parking. Online order are also available here you can order from your home.
