Stopped here to grab food for our road trip. Went inside to order and the place was very dimly light for 6pm. Noticed a vagrant sitting at a table. The worker wasn't taking orders and said to use the kiosk. Food came out hot and in a timely manor.

I've used the drive-through at this Taco Bell a half-dozen times and always enjoyed fast and accurate service. On this latest visit, I was ordering for three people and chose to make that order inside, in person. Upon entry, I noticed the one cash register was empty and there were touchscreens for orders.

I estimate it took me four times longer to enter my order than if I had talked to a person. Of course, I still needed human help to pay for my food...
