One guest meal was forgotten. All of us were finished when the meal was finally given to our guest. Very disappointing.

Wonderful experience. We sat on the pizzeria side because we didn't realize that there were two sides of the restaurant. They did give us a choice but since we were seated we decided to stay. The dining room is beautiful!!! The staff was wonderful and did not rush us. The food was excellent.

Every single dish we ordered was on point—fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Whether it was the appetizers, main course, or dessert, every bite was delicious 😋🍽️ It's rare to find a place that checks all the boxes: great service, great atmosphere, and phenomenal food. We really like this place. sure there's plenty of places to get pizza and Italian food in Long Island but you can't go wrong over here. We had a beautiful little Justice of the Peace wedding and went with our friends to eat here afterwards. Service I thought was a little slow but everything was great The drinks and the food. Can't complain

Service was great, and our reserved table was ready when we arrived. Everyone liked their meals. Our server, Will, was excellent and the hostess was lovely. Parking is great and the valet is an absolute necessity.

I have to say that our experience first started off not so well, but the only daughter came to our table, introduced herself and took us to the next level. I must say their sauce is amazing and the umberto calamari is great.

Always the best service by professionals, the best food variety and specials are awesome! Dine in pizza side or restaurant side and you won't be disappointed! Simply the best!

Went on a date with my lady, got there near closing time and the restaurant was quiet and empty. Despite the restaurant being near closing time we were treated with quick and polite service. The ambiance is terrific would recommend for a romantic dinner date.

Dinner was delicious. Service was fantastic. The new manager was very personable and friendly!

This was not a great Mother's Day experience, and I would be hesitant to come back again with a large group or for a celebration. We have been here many times for lunch, once for a memorial service upstairs, and ordered take out as well. When making this reservation, I was not told there would be a limited menu. I was very disappointed to arrive and not see my family's favorites we were looking forward to ordering. BUT, when we asked, our waiter was very kind to accommodate- which was great and so appreciated! Unfortunately, he mistakenly forgot to put in TWO of the 7 entrees, and we were not able to eat together because of this. The food was mediocre, which is not usually the case. He was apologetic, and we received dessert and alterations to the bill, which was much appreciated- but his mistake put a damper on the dinner, for sure. The service was very odd, they clearly don't train their waitstaff or bus-people and it doesn't seem like anyone communicates. 3 different people came over to ask the exact same questions, gave one person water instead of just filling up everyone's cup (not efficient), clearing the table while people were still eating, reaching across people, asking if we were done while people still had their fork in their hand- very odd behavior. Especially when after they cleared the table, we couldn't find anyone to bring the check, and we were sitting there waiting for 10-15 mins. Now where was everyone? They were so quick to get all the food off the table, and then the service stopped. Their timing was terrible, and it was not because it was a holiday- there were plenty of tables open, not crowded at all. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch or weekday dinner- but we definitely will not be back with a group or for a special celebration.

They couldn't get the courses out on tine, together. 5 out of 6 of us got salads, brought 2 and left in middle of table. Had to ask for waiter to indicate who. Asked for another salad 2x before we got it, at least 15 min later, and then the last, even later. Main meals brought out at different times. Gelato 2 scoops inappetizing/poor presentation. Looked like scared from sides of bottom of container.

The food was absolutely delicious. The place was packed. Many parties and because of that, the service was pretty slow. But would definitely recommend and return.

Horrible experience. Entire family order came out but mine. The waiter didn't put my order in, he forgot but he blamed it on the cooks for burning the pizza. Wasn't apologetic, didn't even offer to take it off my bill and it wasn't until I got the manager involved did I get my dinner, and he took it off my bill. Overall the wait staff was rude, every time they refilled the water, the waitress got water everywhere on the table- in my families food, she made no attempt to even avoid that. Music was too loud, wait staff never came and asked if we wanted any refills on our drinks. I never leave reviews, but the entire experience was awful and I would never go back.
