We had an awesome lunch yesterday at the K Shack:
- I had a delicious Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich
(Fried cod with Tartar Sauce and lettuce on a Brioche bun)
- My wife loved her Vegetable Quiche
- To top it off, we had, Homemade Softserve Vanilla Ice cream with the best strawberries I have ever had! They were small and super-sweet -- the chef told us she gets them from a local organic farm .

I went to the KShack for the first time today & it was the best Reuben sandwich I’ve ever had in my life!! I brought home a cheeseburger and two clam sandwiches…EVERYTHING was excellent & fresh….
Definitely give it five out of five stars!! 😁❤️

The KShack in New Lebanon, NY offers really good food that will leave you satisfied and grateful. Despite being a roadside restaurant, the quality and wholesomeness of the meals like butterbean spread and chicken finger sandwiches stand out. The friendly staff and great experience are worth the visit before the season ends.
