This place used to have the best macarons. I spoke to one of the customers from France who said they were better than those found in France. Well, that’s all gone! It is under a new subpar owner! In December I spoke with the original owner and bought $2500 of gift cards for holiday gift cards, one dozen each, with the purpose in mind of supporting Anthony’s “mom and pop style business” and spreading the word of how good his macarons are. I must have sensed something because the next purchase of ours in February revealed that Anthony was under new management. However, He mislead me. I told him that I was supporting his business to make sure he never sells his business. We spoke in-depth of my intentions. but he knew at the time I bought the cards he was under contract to sell. In fact, the designer he used to make the gift cards, I later recently found out, is the new owner, Farva Scott. If he told me he was selling the business I would have never bought $2500 of gift cards. What makes this worse is exactly what I feared, that under this new owner, the macarons are horrible! Last week I went to make a large order of macarons. I bought three extra macarons to try because they looked different. Every flavor looked brown. I thought, “ok so organic, no food coloring?” NO, they were overcooked, so I immediately canceled that order. Later, over the phone, I spoke with a girl who identified herself as “The One There The Longest.” She said she was “away” when that batch was made. Ahh Ok?.... I Asked to speak with the manager, she said there was no designated manager, Only Farve and some glorified bookkeeper guy. (I spoke to once before) Both are absent from production. So, to sum up: girl there the longest with no formal culinary education, Acting chef over incompetent workers. I sent Miss Scott an email and I asked to have the money back for my remaining unsent gift cards. She is too cowardly to call me back so I’ll say it here: It’s not a coffee shop Farve. You need to hire a culinary expert to maintain quality. You ruined a perfectly fine business. You could have spent less money to fail. You can’t serve subpar food while the main Chef, -excuse me- Acting Chef is away. I the meantime, be warned: there is no expert standing over unqualified kids making baked goods for you.

Place used to be ran well with former ownership but has to been absolutely terrible ever since the new owners took over .. flys on the cupcakes , stale pastry’s , hard cookies and old produce... everything about it is awful .. and would highly recommend going somewhere else for your pastries

Very disappointed spent $90
This was my first time ordering from them and would be a last. Sunday Jan.5 ordered 25 vanilla cupcakes with whip cream topping (charge me extra for it) and asked sample design . Some cupcakes for bottom square base and rest of them shape of 8 on top and lady even draw the picture and instructions on the ordering sheet and she said would be ready for Tuesday Jan 7 at 12. So went there at 12 today and I was told it’s not ready he is making whip cream now, have to wait 15 more minutes, finally was ready 12.20 and I’m looking on the giant white box with giant number 8 and birthday message written on the cardboard box bottom circle of number 8 and whip cream was very sloppy and after I told the girl that what was wrong with it and I asked to look at the ordering sheet for instructions, some guy comes out from the back and he looks at it and says oh well can’t change it now. I was very disappointed no customer service but had to bring it to the school before 1pm before lunch ended and I’m on my way out and I heard we only gave you 24 cup cakes and here’s one more, he brings with his hand no gloves and sticks in middle of top circle of number 8. Very unprofessional very rude and poor customer service and especially the guy I guess the cake designer zero skills

I have gotten all my kids birthday cakes from Antonio’s. Going on 8 years buying and have always gotten the best cakes. Moist and delicious. We love Antonios!

A real treat! The filling was authentic, fresh and exactly how I remembered it from my experience in little Italy at Ferrara. Just a hint of spice in the ample filling, the crisp pastry, and powdered sugar made this very tasty and unbeatable.

This place truly saved the day. We had bought a cake from another bakery, but it got ruined during the journey to the event venue. When we explained the situation to the staff at this place, they went above and beyond to repair the cake, and the result exceeded our expectations. Their exceptional service has won them our loyalty as long-term customers.

I’ve gotten cupcakes from Antonio twice now and both times were amazing. I got them for my baby shower and I had guests asking where they’re from because how delicious! I got cupcakes again this weekend for my sons 1st birthday, we called him friday asking for 60 cupcakes for saturday and with no hesitation he said yes and had our absolutely delicious cupcakes ready for my sons party at 11:30am given less than a days notice! When guests were told they were the same from the baby shower everyone swarmed the cupcakes! Antonio is so kind, professional, and punctual. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else! I will always give him business! Even if you just drop in on a day he’s open, he’s always got some great cupcakes ready to go and i love the macaroons as well!
