Antonio’s used to be a wonderful bakery, but it seems that it is not run by the same people anymore. A dairy-free cake was ordered with colored icing, writing and chocolate ganache filling. There was no price provided and the card was charged an obscene amount of money for an 8-inch dairy-free cake. The cake was picked up and brought home only to find that it was an over baked chocolate cake with whipped cream frosting that wasn’t stabilized and caused the cake to slide as soon as it was cut. The cake caused a reaction for the dairy-free person and after a message left for “Bob” the manager and another employee’s promise to contact him, no contact was received. The cake was even returned, but no one of any standing was there to do anything about it except to say that they would contact, “Bob”. The cake ruined the birthday and the company didn’t even care enough to call back. This is not a bakery that you want to trust for anything specialty made.

Had them at a birthday party and the cupcakes tasted terrible and were hard. They tasted so bad that I felt like I needed to leave a review for warning to others.

I had a very disappointing experience with this bakery. I specifically requested blue frosting for a children’s party and received purple instead. I also ordered cake pops, which were never made or provided. When I brought this to their attention, the staff refused to issue a refund or offer any meaningful solution—only a store credit, which I declined.
When I asked to speak with the manager or owner, I was told the employee had never met them and that they wouldn’t speak with me or get involved. That level of indifference and lack of accountability is extremely unprofessional.
I’m now left with cupcakes that are not what I ordered and no cake pops, despite paying for them. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this bakery. The owners’ unwillingness to communicate or correct their mistakes speaks volumes about how little they value their customers.

Antonio’s is such a cute little bakery! They have everything from ready made cupcakes, cookies, cakes and other little treats to being able to order ahead of time to get a custom cake with whatever decorations you want! If you bring an inspirational picture of what you want they make it just like the picture! I love the staff and their baking is delicious! I will be getting all my cakes and desserts here from now on!

I placed an order for my 21st birthday cake with Antonio’s Cupcake Factory well over a week in advance, only to be told three days before my birthday that they needed payment. When I called back, another employee said my order didn’t exist. After they finally located it, I was told I’d have to pay double because it was “only two days in advance” — even though I had placed it almost two weeks earlier. The staff member I spoke to, Kamora, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She blamed me for their mistake, refused to let me speak with a manager, and then hung up the phone on me. Later, Naomi and Kamora called back and admitted it was their error but still said the cake would cost $110. (Which later Sue confirmed was supposed to be $99) They were laughing while asking for my card information, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. The next day, Sue called and explained the bakery had recently gone under new management, but that doesn’t excuse the terrible customer service I received. Their prices are inconsistent, and the service has clearly gone downhill since the management change. It honestly sounds like they have a bunch of kids running the place. I will not be ordering from Antonio’s Cupcake Factory again

Walked in and no one was there. Called out HELLO to anyone in the back. 3 minutes later a woman came out and gave me my preordered bag. Was not very personable.

It a shame that this place is still allowed to do business with shoddy products and shady business. The cakes are dry dry dry or wet and no in between. Plus trying to get any solution for an issue is a no go. They don’t care about the people they serve, just the money. I won’t recommend them at all.

If I could give negative stars Antonio’s Cupcakes would have earned them.
I ordered a $70 vegan carrot cake days in advance for my son’s 10th birthday. A milestone day we had been excitedly planning. When we cut into the cake after a day of joy and celebration what we found was an insult. A wet raw uncooked mess with a gaping hole in the bottom layer sloppily stuffed with frosting like a child hiding trash under the bed. It was inedible. No one tasted it. Everyone went from joy to disgust to pure anger in seconds especially my son who was crushed.

When I reached out with photos and asked for a refund Bob the person who originally contacted me had the audacity to respond “wrong number.” That is the kind of accountability this bakery practices.

The next morning I brought the ruined cake and my two sons to the store. The employee was already armed with the picture I sent to the so called “wrong number” and immediately cut me off to announce “we don’t do refunds.” No apology. No solution. No attempt at basic decency. I was told to leave my number even though they already had it. Then fed the lie that someone would call me back. Off the record the employee admitted it was a disgrace and promised to remake the cake the same day. Of course that never happened.

I had to go through my bank to get my refund. Think about that. They could not even take accountability for ruining a 10 year old’s birthday.

I know there are some loyalists for this place because in general the area does not have many choices and sugar is sugar right. Most people enjoy that. Nothing much to say but they messed up big time. They had no accountability and destroyed my son’s and everyone else’s day.

This shop always struck me as ransacked and disorganized when I stopped in before but I chalked it up to being busy. Now I realize they are just like their cakes. Half baked on the outside and raw at the core. Antonio’s Cupcakes is not a bakery. It is a scam with sprinkles.

I picked up a too good to go order from this establishment yesterday and received a moldy lobster tail pastry. I called this morning to let them know you can't give out moldy product and was given a fake phone number for the supposed manager. Overall disappointing food and customer service.
