I found this place on Grubhub and placed a breakfast order. Honestly, the worst idea. I ordered 2 omelettes, a veggie and 'hungry mans'. Both omelettes came runny but the liquid was brown (not sure why). The ingredients in the omelettes were HUGE, they could've at least chopped up the onions, pepper and mushrooms. Even the sausage in the hungry man omelette was whole. It was supposed to come with Swiss cheese but instead came with American. I threw this order out and wish I can give it 0 stars.

So many different foods offered here! And everything we tried was delicious- from a bagel with cream cheese and lox to the vegetarian rice ball to the buffalo garlic knots ?!!! Highly recommend.

I went into store wanting an orange juice waited awhile no one was at register .. finally when someone came a girl with long pony tail with a nasty attitude. I gave her my $20 she said ask for anything smaller I said I didn't have anything smaller. She said “greatâ€in a real nasty sarcastic tone then she said have a wonderful day in a snotty sarcastic voice ... I asked her at that point “are you being sarcastic to me?†She said oh nooooo she was a real birch . Your business has been failing changed hands etc.... you need every customer coming in that store ... I would fire her you don't need people like that there.. She was negative addition to your business.. No matter how good the food is there I will not walk in that store again !

I believe this place just recently changed hands. The staff is very experienced, I think this is a Second location for the Due Fratelli company. I am really looking forward to the quality of food they are known for.

I went to get a tasty sammich at your place and it was closed. There was a hand written sign on the door stating that you would only be open on weekends until April 1st. Today is April 2nd at 1:30 and you were closed. WTH?

What happened to this place??? They used to serve great bagels, baked onsite, you could get them fresh, hot, and delicious in the morning. Now, early on Saturday morning, there was just one person working there, selling bagels that appeared to be from the Rockland Bakery out of boxes. There didn't seem to be any other food being served there. The bagels were OK, but nothing like what they used to serve. I hope they will back to baking their own bagels. Otherwise, there is not much reason to return.

Just walked in there with the simplest order, a bagel with butter, and a toasted egg bagel with butter, after my order was taken I waited 20min for my order only to find out that my order was not even started. After receiving my order I found out the bagel I asked for was not toasted and both bagels were stale. Will not return.

My husband and I went there Friday, January 4th. We both ordered a sandwich on a bagel. Price posted on board $5.95. When we were paying, the female employee told my husband the price on board was incorrect, and the price was $7.95. We were told the price had gone up. My husband and I thought it strange that they hadn't changed the price on the board. Fast forward to this past week. My husband went there again, placed the exact same order and paid $5.95. He told the employee what happened on the 4th and he was told, “no, the price is $5.95.†WOW, I wonder how many others got ripped off by that employee!!! Owner, beware!!

I like going to this place a friend of mine told me about it and even though I lived in the area for all these years I never went in. I enjoyed the selection the staff was friendly and it was clean inside what more could you ask for.
I have to say...this place has slow service....dismissive employees and at times they get the order completely wrong.

not the first time it's happened, but probably the worst instance: my order was just flat out wrong and i didn't realize until i had already driven back home. supposed to be a bacon egg and cheddar on a roll, SPK. pretty standard. watched them write it down correctly too! unfortunately what i received was sausage egg and american cheese with ketchup only. i'm not surprised, just disappointed at this point :/
