I was really excited to Get the two different bowls that I had ordered one had pineapple coconut, and a coconut base with banana and then the other bowl Was the Nutter butter bowl With a bunch of add-ons. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have received a bowl that was drowning in base. I’m really disappointed. I was really looking forward to eating this healthy snack after my work out and it’s just completely soaked in the pitsya base. I’m usually able to leave notes when I check out at checkout and This particular time I was unable to for some reason. I really was hoping that somebody would reach out to me to try to fix this problem since I ordered through Uber Eats and it’s super expensive with all of the charges and service fees and delivery charges and of course I always tip the drivers 20% because I know that nobody else is taking care of them! I would just appreciate if someone could reach out to me to hopefully resolve this issue and then I can reevaluate my review and edit it. I tried to call, but there is no way for a customer to leave a voicemail unfortunately. DoorDash is expensive and was just looking for someone to make the situation right since I order twice a week. don’t get me wrong. I love the bowls from here…. but they are normally presented much better and are not drowning in the base!

The smoothies and bowls are good but I got a chicken Cesar wrap and it was HORRIFIC! They put the chicken in the wrap while it was still hot and that caused the lettuce to be hot and wilted. I don’t know about you but I don’t enjoy eating hot lettuce ? I thought it was common sense that wraps are meant to be COLD! I took a bite and I almost vomited when I tasted the lettuce. It was so hot it turned brown after five minutes. It was 10+ dollars too! Serving something that gross and charging someone $10 should be ILLEGAL. I’ve been coming here for years but not anymore because this is disgraceful. This place is overpriced so the least you could expect is for their food to be somewhat edible. I might as well have flushed a 10 dollar bill down my toilet and then if at least been saved from having to bite into that gross wrap

As far as salads, very unoriginal salad options such as Cobb and Caesar hold spots on the menu. This is a salad bar, where’s the creativity? If you buy any of the others, they aren’t very good. Please, look at examples such as sweetgreen or justsalad and bring something new to New Windsor. I’m going to start calling it Old Windsor because the food establishments here are so boring. If I want a Cobb or Caesar salad I would go to any deli or Italian restaurant.
