Excellent Italian cuisine. The meals are well and carefully prepared. The service is impeccable. A truly delectable experience for the family.

Very good service but the food is not up to par. Had a breast of duck with blueberry sauce and risotto. The breast tasted good but the blueberry sauce was tasteless. I even tasted a few blueberries and they were tasteless. As for the risotto... My wife had penne a la vodka and it was also tasteless. Her Cesar salad was good. The wine, La Valentina, Montepulciano D'Abruzzo was very good. I do not recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I decided to visit La Casa Vicina for a romantic date night. We had a wonderful evening. The service was impeccable. We were seated promptly. Jeff ordered the rack of lamb and I ordered spaghetti with meatballs. I paired my meal with their pinot noir. This was a delicious combination. This venue was amazing. There was excellent hospitality all around. Our waitress was named Bella. She was sweet and attentive. This was a successful date night. We will definitely return.

Great food and staff. Amazing specials and cocktails. We love Nicole our waitress - she is amazing.

We hadn’t been there in several years. Our last visit was with a group (of more than 25), and we enjoyed the experience. Happy to say that our dinner yesterday was every bit as enjoyable. The food was delicious, atmosphere was very pleasant, service was prompt, timely and courteous. Prices were in line with what we expected. This is a very nice restaurant. Try it. You will not be disappointed.

Cannot go wrong here. Everyone at the table enjoyed their dinner choice. Very professional and attentive staff. Great for date night, family dinners, friend gatherings or birthday celebrations. I promise!

I have never been disappointed with whatever I eat there. Nice atmosphere a great place to impress someone. Right near Steward Airport for people traveling to this area. Great for large parties too with a separate private room for dinner parties. They are also open for lunch.

Our first time there. Nice atmosphere as soon as you walked in. From our appetizers to cappuccino and dessert everything was great! Even though they were short staffed our server Nicole was on point. It appeared that all the people who showed up to work all worked together to keep it all running. Even as it kept getting busy they were on top of it all. Our server was behind the bar making drinks the bartender seated us and brought our menus and water. Everything we had came out tasting like it was just made fresh and not sitting under a heat lamp. The grilled octopus was cooked perfectly. The burrata with mushrooms so tasty. The veal marsala I had to stop myself from licking the plate the sauce was so delicious! The toasted almond cake was recommended by the regular sitting at the table next to me. It was so moist and light a perfect combination with the tasty cappuccino that my partner got. I never even drink cappuccino and I liked it as well. I suggest going here for the best Italian food I've ever had at a restaurant!

Tonight was our first time dining at La Casa Vicina. Our dinner was excellent, and the restaurant is beautiful. We were especially pleased with our waitress, Samantha, who was very attentive, friendly, and professional. We will dine here again. Thank you.

Very good food and drinks. Nice atmosphere. A little bit pricey but worth it. Had a nice time with friends and family. Would def. visit again.

We were there tonight for my son’s birthday. It’s one of our favorite restaurants. But Covid is still around and there was a man walking around talking with the staff & going out to smoke without a mask. I saw him several times. I’m sorry, but I am not fully vaccinated yet & I was very uncomfortable. If that is going to be allowed, we will not be going back.

Very good restaurant with nice atmosphere, attentive staff and the owner is always present. We have had dinner many times at this restaurant, never disappointed. We also shared special occasions with friends and family and have been always satisfied.

We had a group of 39, cross country athletes and parents; great service, very good food, they could not have done anything more to make it a great evening; if you have a team running at Bowdoin Park, you will want to try this place with a large group. Thank you for taking such good care of all of us!

Busy weekend in area due to college weekend. Several restaurants with 1 1/2 hr waits. Walked in here...busy but owner came up and was extremely accommodating. Found us a table for 6 after a nice round of drinks at the bar. Wait staff was excellent. Couldn't believe the amount of detail they recited with all the specials and meals. The food was unbelievable and huge portions. Most of the people in our group ordered the Chicken special. I had the Lobster Stuffed Ravioli and it was spectacular. Everyone in our group loved their meals. And we didn't want to leave as our waitresses were awesome and so accommodating. Would definitely recommend going here again. Don't often find ourselves in town, but there is no question we would dine here again. Thank you so much for the great service and excellent food. I never got the owners name but it's obvious that this place is great because of the atmosphere his has created. In my opinion, this is a restaurant you do not want to pass up if in the area.
