For 16 years this has been a famijy favorite . The owners and staff are warm and friendly . They The food is delicious , fresh and flavorful. Our favorite is the tacos Al pastor and Fajitas Chapala . The Margaritas are delicious and the fried ice cream with the kids is our go to . We love it and every time we do go anywhere else it never compares to Chapala Grill . Highly recommend!!
Excellent food
Love the birria tacos & mango margaritas.
Terrible customer service I sat at the bar for 25 minutes and not one person came to help me
Food was not worth the price and no flexibility on the menu the rice was dry the beans were too wet and and the flavor is horrible. Way over priced.
I would recommend anybody going for Mexican in New Windsor go to El jalapeno charro which is 10 times better and much more reasonable.
Not worth the money!

Great atmosphere, great drinks, great friendly service, great parking, great hours of operation however the food is average. Needs to offer more authentic Mexican cuisine. Sometimes the flavors are lacking. Definitely recommend though.

Food was fine. I asked the waitress if the cooks could pan fry the chicken Milanese instead of deep fat frying which is completely wrong way of cooking that dish. I received the bill and it was not correct . I questioned it and she told me that it would cost 6 dollars more for pan frying your chicken. Are you kidding me . Teach your cooks how to prepare a dish properly instead of throwing it in a deep fat fryer. Par for most restaurant’s that do not know how to cook.
Fantastic place, love the food and the owners are great their new Mexican Street Corn is so good. Always order when in season. Try the coconut margarita.

Weeknight first time at this restaurant- perfect little spot for tasty Mexican and a first date.
THE GOOD: I had 3 tacos al pastor and shared 3 empanadas. Definitely seasoned well and spicy. The tacos were smaller than normal-I definitely craved more. Guacamole was yummy. Chips and salsa are simply table holdovers & could be tough to get that salsa right- but theirs was nice. All the food was delicious and hot. Cute spot/decor. It was packed for it to not be a weekend day. We knew the food would be good and would not disappoint. The staff was great.
THE SHAMEFUL: It's a damn shame they are not closer to me. I'd be a regular!
Great job guys- keep it up!
