MY SISTER WENT THERE THIS MORNING AT 5:30AM SHE SAT AT THE DOOR FOR 15 MIN TO BE IGNORED AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE DRIVE THRU WHEN SHE HAD TOLD THE LADY SHE DIDN’T HAVE A CAR THE WOMAN STOOD THERE AND ACTED LIKE MY SISTER WASN’T STANDING OUTSIDE (WITH NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU) AND IGNORED HER FOR A WHOLE 15 MIN THIS IS THE WORSE DUNKIN IN NEWBURGH/NEW WINDSOR GO TO THE ONE ON 300. UNACCEPTABLE AND GET THE STAFF TOGETHER.

Had to get a refund on food since it smelled like chemicals (burned rubber mixed with new oven off-gas). Manager was rude in her response about a) “well he has to wait” I waited 15 mins for refund b) smell of food, which I was blasted with when I walked in, and said that there is no smell and chemicals are not used. I get it, you have pride for your job and are accustomed to the environment, but the cashier totally understood what the issue was with the food smell.

They miss my order every time I order on Door dash. Without fail when I order the donuts they forget. 3 of them were ordered today and they FORGOT ALL 3!!! I would stop ordering if it wasnt for the fact that all my coworkers want coffee.

Either they gotta get new staff or be removed from doordash

Morning staff are very rude, attitude from the start, they’re never wrong, the girls there are ghetto, seems like they come out of Juvi and go straight there. Definitely need a change of manager asap of selection of hires employees.
Evening staff or much better & respectful and gets the order right unlike morning staff. Oh if you go in the am be ready to be waiting for 20+ min

Hit or miss place. Sometimes, it's good and sometimes it's bad. On September 28th it took 20 minutes to receive our completed order from the driveway thru AFTER ordering.

They literally never get my order right! Don’t go there ! I asked them 3 times to make me and bagel with cream cheese and jelly and I get home there just jelly ! Worst Dunkin’ Donuts!

My name is Johnathan kemp.I walked into this Dunkin’ doughnuts at approximately 4:00pm on 3-13-24.When I walked into this store I was immediately greeted by (a worker holding a baby) there was a lot of staff there it looked like either a staff meeting or possibly people being trained I do not know. Now typically I’m a person who just minds there business. I was forced into a conversation which I did not mind. I was asked what I did for a living I explained that I was self employed. I explained all that I do. Upon getting my doughnut because I had a sweet tooth and I honestly just wanted a sugar rush because I had not slept for 2 days from that day from all of my work. Now once I was walking out the door this same lady made a comment I front of all of these (workers) stating “hey are you sure you didn’t want that doughnut because your high” I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. Before I left I explained if my eyes are red it’s because I’ve been working for the last 2 days I did not appreciate this even being asked to me. I will not be stepping foot back into this store. This has left a negative impression on me. God forbid if I walked into this store with my autistic child what would have been said.Good day.
