There's nothing to make this place stand out. Dining area is bland and undecorated. The food is mostly good, I eat here frequently and sometimes it's better than others times. Staff never smiles.
I'm only giving three stars for this particular order. We ordered by phone. After a long wait, we tried calling to find out what the delay was but nobody answered the phone. So I drove to the restaurant to find out what was going on and the order was sitting there in a bag. They were waiting for the driver to come back to pick up the next round of deliveries. Unlike many other chinese restaurants that I have frequented around here the food from this restaurant looked and tasted fresh. Even the fortune cookies were fresh; so much so that they practically melted in my mouth. This is a good and a reasonably inexpensive place to get food from. If you live In the vicinity of New Windsor this chinese restaurant is definitely a place where you'll enjoy the food and get your money's worth.
