Me and my cousin decided to choose this diner for lunch, and when our lunch came/breakfast, my cousin and I were served burnt eggs and burnt potatoes, and I ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken they gave me spaghetti Alfredo instead of fettuccine, and our waitress says oh, we ran out of fettuccine after she serves me the food that I did not order Our waitress was unhappy, unfriendly and not nice and it took almost 40 minutes to receive our food that was burnt and not correct. I do not recommend this place it is rundown as well too. They need some serious updating. The best part is when I went to the front to speak to a manager. The lady at the front desk turned around and told me that my waitress was the manager I was completely appalled. How could you look at the food pick it up put in your hands and serve somebody burnt food. Unacceptable. I give it zero stars zero stars don’t waste your time, I could’ve got a better meal at McDonald’s

Food is disgusting, ordered a wrap with chicken breast, bacon lettuce tomato’s and mayo. My wrap has onions, uncooked bacon and no mayo. Paid extra for waffle fries……didn’t get waffle fries

Ate here recently while visiting the area and had a wonderful experience. The service was prompt and we didnt have have a problem with our server, though I can understand why some people may take offense at her matter-of-fact attitude.
The food was absolutely fantastic. My spouse and I both had the gorgonzola burger and it was one of the best burgers we've ever had. The fries were delicious as well and I really enjoyed their cole slaw. My only [minor] complaint is that the cheesecake we had was a bit dried out, however, it was still thoroughly enjoyable.
I really like the art deco atmosphere of the diner, and it seems to be a trend in the area. Some ppl complain about "dated" decor but i love when diners stick to classic diner vibes. From what I saw, the place was clean and everything was in good shape (the tables, seats, etc).

Food definitely tasted great, service was amazing! Loved Tiffany, she was so friendly. That being said, she was a very accommodating host when I found mould on my pesto. It must've been in the fridge too long. Then my dad found a piece of wire in his food. I told the owner, since Tiffany was unavailable at the time. He said it was probably from the cleaning thing, which def makes sense. Anyway, told Tiffany after and she looked horrified. Pretty sure we got a good discount, but my in law was paying so I don't know. Carrot cheesecake was mid. Good concept, probably tasted better when fresher.
All in all good vibes from Tiffany. Food tasted great, maybe get new wire brushes?

They don’t have the order of your choice on a Saturday at lunch times. They tzatziki sauce was home made and tasteless. The wait for the meal wasn’t worth it.

I’m so sad to write this 1 star review. This place used to be our favorite. As a military family we like to find a place we can go to weekly or when family comes into town at each place we’re stationed. Today the owner was our server and she really lacked customer service. When we walked in she stared at us as if we were supposed to say something to her. We have eaten here over 20 times since moving to the area, to the point where we were known by name to a few staff members. Tonight the food was the worst we have had as well. She stood behind the counter as we waited to pay and didn’t acknowledge us until a few mins later.
After today we will never be back or recommend this business to our fellow military friends who move here :(
