Hudson Valley food critic. I have to give credit where credit is due. This is one of the best establishments in the Hudson Valley hands down. Been coming here for more than a decade, food has always been good and service has been friendly. Unfortunately at my last 2 visits, my meals came with hairs in it. My salad had a big black hair in it, when I addressed it to the waitress she initially did not want to replace it. Yesterday I got a takeout order of wings which had a short black hair or eyelash on one wing so I had to throw away the rest.

For 33 years I have traveled the land in search of a burger so tasty, so juicy, so perfectly contrived, cooked, stacked, and served. I never imagined I would find it in this hidden gem on the Hudson. This burger comes out stacked high with perfectly paired toppings standing a mere 6in in height and sprawling across the plate. Thank you, you beautiful Irish pub, for ruining every other burger for me for the rest of my life. I will dream about the shroom burger and the cafe burger...
