This place is a hidden gem, I can't believe it's not getting more attention. I can't review for all the food cause I've only had their pizza and compared to others in the area this pizza is very good. I had the margherita, and the crust is perfectly crispy. Not bad from a technical standpoint. Medium thin, crispy chewy crust, with a decent taste.
Good coverage of cheese and sauce, but overall doesn't seem to have any particular flavor.
A well-made tasteless Pizza.
I'll give it an 82.

Best Pizza in the Hudson Valley. We had pizza and 3 dinners, all were excellent. Can't recommend this place enough. Authentic Italian food with fresh ingredients and pizza dough made in house from scratch--cannot be beat around here!
