They are pushing using the kiosk to order your food. I'm old school. I like to interact with a person. They should drop the big off of big Mac and call it a Mac. The young man who helped us order and brought our food to the table was very nice. Parking stinks. Most of the close spots are reserved for those who are picking up orders. For those of us who want to eat in its a little dicey getting through the moving cars to the door. Don't think i will go there again. I will just add a few bucks and go to a diner and get food cooked fresh.

Food was great if we actually got what we ordered. My mother order was a quarter pounder, they gave her a double cheese. I asked for a spicy McCrispy sandwich and they gave me a regular. They would refuse to take orders at the register and dragged us to the kiosk. I have a girlfriend who works at McDonalds. It's a lie that the register doesn't take orders anymore. She takes orders at the register all the time everyday. They also had a person walking around table to table asking if we needed anything like it was a 5 star restaurant. Also asked us 3 times if we needed anything. We were there for 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous

I was ordering the 2$ mc nuggets and I believe her name was kaligaaa During my visit to McDonald's, I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the employees. From the moment I approached the counter, they were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide basic customer service. When I asked a simple question about the menu, they sighed loudly and rolled their eyes, making it clear that they had no interest in helping. Their tone was unprofessional, and they even made a sarcastic remark, which was completely unnecessary. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect, but instead, I felt like an inconvenience. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was shocking, and it ruined my entire experience. Employees should be held to a higher standard when it comes to customer interactions, and this behavior was completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope McDonald’s addresses this issue, because no customer should be made to feel disrespected in such a manner.

Just went thru twice bc they gave me the wrong order. I order a diet coke & a burger no pickle. Got a dr pepper & fries. Went back abf explained. Then got a regular coke and a burger w pickle. 20 minutes of my time wasted.

If you use the drive-thru, always check your bag before leaving, 9 out of 10 times something is missing!! Phone number says out of service as well. Really, McDonald's phone doesn't work?

Just came back from Macdonald's on Route 32 in New Windsor, NY. Order #: 1300. They forgot my 3 hash browns. Usually I check but got a call from my pharmacy. Please check your order every time as this place is notorious for always forgetting items. Can't call either as there phone is always down probably due to too many complaints. Gary Park

Tried using free fry deal at kiosk, kiosk would not let me order unsweetened iced tea so cashier moved me to cashier and wouldn't give me the free fry deal unless I wait a d for 15 minutes. Now I'm going to Wendy's
