Customer service 5 stars. I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese, on a hard roll. The bacon was burnt, the egg was as cold as the cheese that just came out of the fridge. Sandwich not wrapped in foil and had 1 egg. Pretty much a hard roll with cold cheese. I had to throw it out because I couldn't stomach a cold breakfast Sandwich. I asked for cheddar cheese, a 1.25 up charge for 'substitution'. I asked then what are you going to do with the slice of cheese I'm charged for? Basically paid for 2 slices of cheese when you order bacon egg/cheese. Deli Sandwich are good but an up charge for each addl. topping $1 lettuce $1 tomato $1 onion... so I up charged my butt out of there. I wanted a sandwich, I didn't want to buy the place.

I personally think the prices for the quality of the food is ridiculous, I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese and the total was almost $12. The sandwiches themselves are not worth almost $6 each, the flavor was ok but only 1 egg and cheese for almost $6 they should be putting 2 eggs and even a hash brown minimum I’ve tried many bacon egg and cheese that were far better and only under $4. Not to mention when she scammed the drinks the price went up $18.50 for 2 nesquik basically over $3 for a milk that is $1.50 at the store. Most likely will not return here as there are many places with better quality and for less as well. If the food is going to be expensive at least have the quality of the food match up to the price.

Been here a few times now, and the bagels are always delicious and the staff is always friendly, but this time was different. I would come back just for Martine's smile. What a beautiful place this is that really serves up some miracle bagels. It's amazing how the kindness in a stranger's smile can change one's day. Thank you Martine & staff for making this world warmer, friendlier, and more delicious. 😊

Had high hopes when I walked in on a Sunday and it was very busy. Service was great and very friendly. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened the bag, the bagel sandwich I ordered was completely wrong and the one that was there was extremely underwhelming. I ordered a bacon egg and swiss on a toasted everything bagel and received an ice cold, untoasted plain bagel with bacon, egg and an unmelted piece of plastic cheese. I’ll stick to Hot Bagel across the street

Good place for a good breakfast sandwich.i always call for pick up. If they make a mistake- give them a courtesy call and they are willing to hear you and fix the mistake. To keep the customer happy- asap.
