Long wait. Small portions. Requested double portion and 3 slices of brisket were added. Payed $21.00. I will not be returning. Food was cold. The Pho is Newburgh is better.

Food is decent, but Miss Saigon or NV is way better. Took over 15 min for a to go Pho when the place had hardly any customers. The Spanish lady in the front is rude (as you can see per the replies the other reviews are getting). You shouldn’t talk badly about your customers in Spanish. Won’t be back.

Took really long to be served. One waitress who doubled as cashier and doing to go orders . Food was bland pork was deep fried tasted like left over bacon. I wasted 50.00 dollars . Please don’t give me a credit nothing is going to change.

We found this spot and have been here countless times since then. I've ordered the beef pho as well as the veggie tofu pho and I love them both. I usually will add a meat to the side, like chicken and you get a decent amount of tasty chicken to add in. The chicken is a good size, while having a nice sauce and seasoning on it. The noodles are cooked very good, leaving them tender but firm. The tofu is also cooked very good, it appears to be more on the firmer side which is great. The sauce you can add to the pho is delicious, just the right combo of spicy and sweet. They do give a good portion and the prices are decent (Though all add ons seem to be about the same, at about $4.99). The customer service is great as well, any time we have been here to pick up they have been courteous and prompt. They did forget the chicken we ordered as an add on for one order, but we were able to call and get the credit back for the missing item.
I will say, when ordering the beef pho, for whatever reason they do provide less broth than the tofu veggie pho. I also do wish it was a bit more tofu and veggies offered when ordering the pho tofu, but it is good nonetheless.
We will be back.

Waited 35 mins for food. Table next to us, with 12 people, who ordered after we did, got their apps and we never did. Left hungry. Disappointed.

Place clean etc I only rate is great because the young guy was extra awesome though he was great. Food this is 1 star because it is not strong and the young man did mention it he was great I still wanted to try it I put alot of sauces and and asked for chili oil and more onions and lime. Did make it more tasty however if you'd like your pho with a real ginger kick flavorful this is unfortunately not your place.

Coming from NYC I wasn’t expecting much from a Vietnamese restaurant in the suburbs but to my surprise the beef pho was absolutely delicious!
Highly recommended👍
Server was nice, the cook was pretty slow for the first order of the day. Pho was petty bland, meats were good, noodles were musty. They were old and under-hydrated.

It was very good food. I have had better Vietnamese food in other cities but we would definitely come back here. We had summer rolls, pho, and vermicelli.
