We found this spot and have been here countless times since then. I've ordered the beef pho as well as the veggie tofu pho and I love them both. I usually will add a meat to the side, like chicken and you get a decent amount of tasty chicken to add in. The chicken is a good size, while having a nice sauce and seasoning on it. The noodles are cooked very good, leaving them tender but firm. The tofu is also cooked very good, it appears to be more on the firmer side which is...
Coming from NYC I wasn’t expecting much from a Vietnamese restaurant in the suburbs but to my surprise the beef pho was absolutely delicious!
