The person making my Frappuccino finished making it at 11:40 am and it was just waiting for an Affogato shot to be put in. I don't think the person at the espresso machine knew they were supposed to make a single shot for my drink. The person making the blended beverages just kept making other people's drinks and forgot about my beverage. So it just sat there until 11:48 am when the employee finally asked for a single shot. I finally received my drink at 11:50 am even though it was basically ready at 11:40 am! I paid $9 for that drink. Starbucks Vails Gate fail!

This Starbucks is atrocious. The employees ignore you and the manager has no clue how to run a restaurant. This used to be my go to place but not anymore. What's the point to online ordering when you have to stand for 15 minutes waiting when you order 15 minutes before getting there. And don't go inside the store because they literally walk past you instead of taking your order because they are more worried about drive thru.

staff is always nice and kind. great place to grab your morning coffee. orders are almost always perfect, which considering how often I go there is a high success rate.
would love if the seating was a little more protected from the door but that's the limits of the space. no real complaints.

Great coffee and a great staff. Never an issue when I visit. Food and drink are always correct and the perfect temperature. Only thing is that the prices are getting out of control, it's a problem and I've cut back big time.

The music is absolutely awful—WAY too loud. You can’t even hear yourself think, let alone talk to the person next to you. Most of it isn’t even appropriate for a coffee shop; they’re blasting Spanish club music or theatre tracks so loud your ears are practically vibrating. Does the cafe have a playlist or do they let their workers connect to the AUX without having their music pre-approved? The worst part is the volume.. Noise Cancelling headphones cant even block it out..

i had an awful experience at a different starbucks i went too, but i decided to give this one a try. i went through the drive through and the service already was lovely. the guy taking my order was very nice and accommodating, and the girl that gave our drinks was very sweet and friendly. and my drink was AMAZINGGGGG!! i got a dragon drink with vanilla cold foam. the best service ive had in a while. i recommend this location !!

this Starbucks is horrible. They don’t have manners. they literally don’t even look at you, let alone greet you. horrendous service. Train your employees better. Left with a sour taste in my mouth because of how rude this girl was to me. it had me questioning if there was something wrong with me because she was so rude and dismissive. not to mention my drink was completely subpar; I suppose that’s fitting for the people the work there. -100/10

Love that my Matcha Latte never disappoints. Taste the same each time I have went. My order is a Matcha Latte Hot Grande with 2 scoops of matcha, coconut milk and 1 classic. 👌🫶

I’ve gone to this Starbucks for a few years now and I can honestly say… no complaints.. best Starbucks in the area! BUT.. it’s been a little over a month now that I go and it’s ridiculously hot in there. My kids and I can’t enjoy our drinks inside because the heat is unbearable! I can’t believe a big company like STARBUCKS has employees working in these conditions.
