Never gets the coffee right, even after giving instructions that a 5th grader could follow. One of the workers has a disgusting attitude. She likes snatching money and being confrontational after you approached her with a coffee they get wrong 4/5 times. Even the manager, he doesn’t know how many pumps of syrup go in a “Venti” drink 😂. This place is a joke stay away or go somewhere else if you can.

At this point if I could read them a zero I would. Drinks are consistently made Incorrectly. This is only a recent development is up until about Six months ago, I would've rated them a five. And don't order after 3 o'clock or on the app because they will Take as long as possible to make your order

The slowest Starbucks drive thru! Waited more than 10 minutes to pick up my mobile order on the drive thru. And the worst thing they filled my cup full of ice when I ordered with less ice!!! Horrible customer service!

What happened to customer service, or at the very least, human acknowledgment? I understand that training is important, but when I’m a customer in the moment, I don’t know that’s happening. Instead, I’m being ignored by two people. A simple “Hi, someone will be right with you” would go a long way.

I ordered on the app and had to wait several minutes behind someone else even tho my stuff was ready. At McDonald’s when someone’s order takes long & others are waiting, they tell the person who is not ready yet to move forward. But they just lazily waited… and then I went inside to get it and she looked annoyed that I came in and slid my food on the table when my hand was open. Then to make it worse, the food is gross and not as advertised… not their fault but I ordered a bacon sausage egg wrap and there was 1 slice of bacon no sausage… didn’t even finish it cus it was mushy and chewy. They’re usually fast & good here but today was all the way off. Food & service.

This location is super close to me yet I will drive to a Starbucks further away. In the past, this location did spectacular in terms of punctuality and accuracy and now most times I go there, something is missing, not what I ordered or it's a long wait for a cup of brewed coffee. Maybe they need more staff?
