My now wife and I had our wedding at this venue 2/2024. We had noticed that there is not many recent reviews posted and didn’t know why. The coordinator, Nikki, sold us from our very first visit. She is extremely knowledgeable in the wedding industry and assisted us for almost 18 months answering every question and thought with patience and kindness. On our wedding day, she coordinated our 23 person bridal party (with TWO 18 month olds) with absolute ease. If anything went wrong on our day, we wouldn’t know it.Not only did we enjoy Nikki and her staff’s complete professionalism, but we heard nothing but compliments from our guests, including family (trust me they would let us know) and even our vendors. Nikki has strong connections to all vendors, new relationships and long standing, which allows the day to flow seamlessly.This venue offers a unique, traditional vibe. Although much different than the modern barn look, all of our guests marveled over the antiquity and design. In case we didn’t emphasize enough, our guests went out of their way to tell us these things.The food was paced amazing and nothing but compliments on the taste. Nikki set aside multitudes of food and drink for my wife and I in our suite to share. We were never parched or hungry as some would say on their big day.If we had to do it again, we would choose the Meadowbrook 10/10 times.

The smell is very overwhelming and the water tastes very much like sulfur. It's just seems old and almost like it is not taken very good care of. Could be a beautiful establishment just needs a little love.

We recently had our wedding at the Meadowbrook on Oct.8, 2022. Everything turned out PERFECT. The food was great and everything was tended to. Above all though, Nikki, who was our organizer there was amazing. She asked if we needed anything while we were getting pulled away for pics by family, and she had everything organized to every detail so all we had to do was show up and walk where she told us to or stand where she told us to. Not many people can say this but everything went PERFECT on our big day and I give a lot of credit to this place.

When we got home the day after the wedding and realized what was missing I immediately emailed the coordinator, Nikki, about our missing possessions. When I received no response I called the Meadowbrook and when no one answered there, I reached out to the coordinators personal phone number where I was again ignored. When the two week mark of getting no where came up I took the hour ride to new Windsor to speak with Nikki in person. She basically told me oh well there’s nothing we can do. They loaded our personal belongings into two cars and cannot tell me who the second car was and why the missing things went into that car when everything else went to my parents car. Now approaching three weeks post event I have emailed the coordinator yet again to get no response. Because of the lack of response my husband and I are forced to believe that someone at the Meadowbrook has stole our belongings and that they are being covered for. If you choose to have an event at the Meadowbrook make sure a guest you trust is watching the crew clean up your belongings because they just might end up being stolen.
