I went there with my soon to be to her sister's wedding. The staff there were great! The atmosphere was amazing. The scenery was fantastic. The bartender there was very fast and knew how to make a great drink lol. The food was delicious and overall a great experience. Definitely a place to revisit again if the occasion arises.

I was a vendor here this past weekend. This place is in dire need of updating and maintenance. Ballrooms are very dated and not sure if they have been updated since the 80s. There was dust and dead spiders hanging around the area where I was set up. Ceiling tiles were water damaged and falling apart. I did not notice or smell any mold that was mentioned in previous reviews.
Staff were very professional and accommodating and the place is huge. If the venue had some decent renovations and TLC it can be wonderful.

Years ago, the Meadow Brook was the place to have your events... it was lavish with amazing views. The food was to die for, and the bar never ending. All that is no more... A while back, there was water damage to the building that was not remediated correctly and since turned into mold issues. I was just there this past weekend for the newburg toy show. You drive in the entrance to the grounds, and it's bad. No one has been keeping up with the grounds at all. The pavement is eroding away as mother nature is taking back what was hers. Growing through everything. Paint chipped , walls cracked, lighting none existent. Bring a flash light , I'm not kiding. You walk into the main doors, and you are hit in the face with mold smell. It's bad to the point that people turn right around and leave. Ceiling tiles are broken or discolored. Walls are dirty as the paper is peeling. This place was so beautiful. I don't understand why someone would just let it go like this. If the toy show is there again, I will not be going, or if there is a wedding that I'm invited to there, I'll rsvp with a no. It's that bad.

My now wife and I had our wedding at this venue 2/2024. We had noticed that there is not many recent reviews posted and didn’t know why. The coordinator, Nikki, sold us from our very first visit. She is extremely knowledgeable in the wedding industry and assisted us for almost 18 months answering every question and thought with patience and kindness. On our wedding day, she coordinated our 23 person bridal party (with TWO 18 month olds) with absolute ease. If anything went wrong on our day, we wouldn’t know it.Not only did we enjoy Nikki and her staff’s complete professionalism, but we heard nothing but compliments from our guests, including family (trust me they would let us know) and even our vendors. Nikki has strong connections to all vendors, new relationships and long standing, which allows the day to flow seamlessly.This venue offers a unique, traditional vibe. Although much different than the modern barn look, all of our guests marveled over the antiquity and design. In case we didn’t emphasize enough, our guests went out of their way to tell us these things.The food was paced amazing and nothing but compliments on the taste. Nikki set aside multitudes of food and drink for my wife and I in our suite to share. We were never parched or hungry as some would say on their big day.If we had to do it again, we would choose the Meadowbrook 10/10 times.

The smell is very overwhelming and the water tastes very much like sulfur. It's just seems old and almost like it is not taken very good care of. Could be a beautiful establishment just needs a little love.

We recently had our wedding at the Meadowbrook on Oct.8, 2022. Everything turned out PERFECT. The food was great and everything was tended to. Above all though, Nikki, who was our organizer there was amazing. She asked if we needed anything while we were getting pulled away for pics by family, and she had everything organized to every detail so all we had to do was show up and walk where she told us to or stand where she told us to. Not many people can say this but everything went PERFECT on our big day and I give a lot of credit to this place.
