This is the BEST Chinese we have in New Windsor/Newburgh area!! The absolute most delicious Chinese 😋

The food is ok. I’d go here if you’re not close to your own best Chinese food restaurant. But I’d rather stick with my number one choice my opinion. Service could be more friendly.

One of the best food places in town. Would really recommend. Great service, fresh and cooked food. Really nice staff. Overall, it is the best family owned restaurant by far!

I got the chicken & broccoli in garlic sauce and the sauce doesn’t even taste like garlic. Horrible. Didn’t even eat my food.

Ordered general Tso’s on the 1st visit. Rice was not greasy and the chicken was full of flavor, juicy and just enough sauce. 10 out of 10. Entire family seems to work as a team to prep orders and place was well lit and clean.

Love their food, especially when Momma cooking. My favorite Chinese food next to China Star in Middletown. I've been eating here forever. Love General Tso's and chicken and broccoli are delicious. ❤️

Happy Garden’s food is THE BEST ??? the food is always fresh ! The Sesame chicken which is my favorite is always so crispy and the rice is so fluffy ! Yeah 10 out of 10
