Walked into the establishment four bartenders were all drunk. There was arguments going outside fights in the parking lot, but not recommend bringing family or friends to this facility.

Wow! I donāt even know where to start, but Iām very upset. 12/09/25) (my first time here) I got to the place and the atmosphere felt off cuz the music is so low but Iām like letās just give it a chance so I sat there for quite some time and there was nobody around (workers) there were maybe 6 people besides me at the bar, finally the bartender comes over and say how are you and I answer back and then she just stares back to me like what do you want (why is she not trying to be friendly and welcoming). So Iām like can I see the menu?! And it Feels Almost like Iām bothering her But it is what it is, I continue with my business not trying to ruin my night. But then They donāt have a drinks menu, cuz itās an open bar. So I order a mojito and she says they donāt make mojitos and Iām like ok (that is not an open bar then) but letās continue. I order my food and it came out without avocados and cilantro so I asked for it and come to find out they donāt have more. (Itās not even busy, plus if you run out of something you tell your guests before they place their order) She just says Iām sorry. She Not even offers me something different or try to fix the problem. So I decided to just pay and head out. (Food is expensive) Ohh plus I ordered a margarita it was horrible. Donāt spend your money here. To whoever is the Manager You should train her a bit on how to take care of your guest. Side note: while I was waiting for someone to come to greet me a guest came in and asked me who was the bartender and I said Iām not sure cuz she didnāt introduced herself, so he waited until she came out of the kitchen and when he saw her he just left, what I think is that people donāt like her at all. I would put some of my attention on that.

Not busy, about a dozen patrons @ 5:30 Saturday, sitting at table. Bartender/waiter gets our order (easy stuff) and we wait well over a half hour. She then puts it on the bar for another couple playing pool. It sat there until it dawned on her it wasnāt their order. Again, maybe a dozen people there. By the time she figures it out, itās cold. Minor apology. We eat, pay at the bar and sheās like āsorry about thatā. I said thereās almost no one there and she smirks, finds it funny, and says ā oopsā. Terrible service. Done. Weāre locals. Waste of time.
