I had to sit in here to wait for my bus after an interview I’m a young lady and it was very cold in an area I’m not from so I wasn’t sure where to go until the bus arrived . A manager did ask me if I was waiting for someone I replied yes I know they may have thought maybe I was up to no good but thank you for not being rude or nasty or forcing me to wait in the cold . If I had the money I would’ve got something . I’m Sorry . Thank you .
Stopped by Arby’s recently and had a good experience. My order was mostly right, but I didn’t receive my jamocha milkshake at first. I mentioned it to Kayla and she took care of it right away without any hassle. She was polite and professional, and the rest of the visit went smoothly. The food was fresh and the place was clean. Overall, solid service and I’d come back again.
The food was good. The woman working the register was very kind. However I did order a large strawberry lemonade that I ordered for my stepson and when I told the one guy working there that they forgot to make it, instead of giving me the large that I paid for the gentleman there ended up giving me a medium. For that they lose a star for service. Otherwise the service was quick and food was fresh. As for the 3 ⭐ rating for the atmosphere (it is in a gas station location). Over...
