The worst Baskin-Robbins in the tri state area..They put the ice cream away at 745pm on Halloween. But its not out of the ordinary for them at this location. The employees are rude and lazy. That's why they put the ice cream away and lock the doors 2 hours before closing, which is 10 pm.Ive been to at least 15 other Baskin-Robbins locations and not 1 of them lock doors or put ice cream away. Most Baskin-Robbins have very nice hard working employees. Not Newburgh. Avoid this location. The employees won't care, more time to do nothing and smoke weed out the back door.

It’s 9:38, Google says they close at 10pm. The doors were shut and I was hand signaled to go thru- the drive thru. I got back into my car and drive thru and the lady says “we’re done serving icecream”. An established that says they are open until 10 should be able to serve everything until 10pm. If I got there at 9:38 they started shutting down Baskin Robbin’s earlier than that. Disappointed in the service and the attitude of the two attendants still there.

Vanilla ice cream tasted a bit watery and too buttery. Strawberry was great, strawberry chunks was a great addition.

The customer service was not very welcoming and the workers where not very nice. Order 2 milkshake and they was the WROST MILKSHAKE very it was supper thin and taste just like milk was very disappointed.

I've been in multiple DD in different states, they're pretty much the same, what I'd like to brag about this one is the kindness of the young man that attended our order, that to me is what it makes the difference. Good icecream and delicious iced coffee.

Literally went in there today for milkshakes. Don’t waste you’re money with them . Worst milkshakes I’ve ever had . Extremely water downed . Didn’t taste the chocolate or the milk ! Extremely bland !

Oh my God and yes all of this I must say oh my God Baskin-Robbins Dunkin' donuts Broadway Newburgh New York 12550 squad working the 6 to 7:30 shift on Thursday August 19th 2021 they did a good job taking down my order they only got one mistake which was toasting the bagel it is uncommon for someone to not want the bagel toasted I guess but that is understandable but understandable mess up I'm only giving five stars still because of how greatly they handled the situation within the store how easily it was to speak and be understood and how easy it was to know that they wanted to do their best to get my order right thank you keep doing your best.

I went inside this store to get an iced coffee. I waited in line for 15 min and no one took my order, there was only one other costumer in front of me. Once the customer in front of me received their order it took 10 minutes for someone to come when I asked if someone could help me and told me to keep waiting because they were busy. Ridiculous service.

I’ve stopped by about 3xs this week and thinking that may e since the weather is getting better they would have supplies as they portray in their menu. But no they don’t even leave a note or let customers know before ordering that they currently don’t have those items.! I just don’t understand how ??
