Decided to give this place a try ordered wings , calamari and some beers. Food is bland. The wings were under cooked and calamari was bite sized rubber peices the beer was good. The atmosphere was decent until I saw a roach crawl from under the table. Mentioned it to one of the staff and they said it happens on occasions. Can't say I will be back.

There is nothing better, well, for me anyway, than a well-cooked rib. And that is what this place gave me! I got lunch here, and I also had BBQ chicken. Both were DELICIOUS. I also had the chocolate cake, and it was definitely top 5 chocolate cakes Ive had! It was so amazing. I want to go back already to get their ribs and cake!!!

OMG it was my first time & definitely not the last!I had the pulled pork it was awesome, a nice amount of delicious pork and barbecue sauce which was great, it came with two sides i picked the whipped sweet potatoes with candied walnuts,all i have to say is WOW and, i mean WOW!!!the other side was broccoli and cheese the broccoli was done perfect and had the right amount of cheese!we had a yummy dessert that i can't remember the name but it had crushed cookies on the bottom and like a cheese cake &whipped cream 😋 yes!i had to ask for left over containers and i was still full at dinner time!we had lunch at 11:30.So Billy Joe's keep up the great work and thank you!

I had the sliced brisket & cheddar sandwich. In the description, it says hand-chopped BBQ beef. I prefer hand-chopped rather than thick slices of the beef. The roll was an ordinary plain roll, no flavor. The crispy onions and coleslaw were good. This was an open-sandwich meal; however, it was served on a small plate.

Such a great spot. We come here in our boat( Dock&dine). You can dock next door at a marina($25fee), not affiliated with the restaurant. BBQ is consistently very good. I always get brisket, my wife the pulled pork. Can't beat a patio table in the summer, right on the hudson. It is away from downtown Newburgh, If your concerned.

We loved the atmosphere here. The dining area is spacious, quiet, and really relaxed. The seating isn’t too close together which I really liked. The brisket and coleslaw good solid and I enjoyed the cornbread as well! The outside was sweet and crunchy which stood out

Went this past weekend, I ordered the mini burgers appetizer, ribeye MEDIUM with fries and Mac and cheese for my sides. They forgot to bring out our appetizer and I was given it when I was already halfway done with my entree. I ordered a MEDIUM steak and they served me well-done, it was so tough. It seems they may have forgot about our food and us. It was a nice day and they didn’t rush us to leave but forgotten app and overcooked food makes me never want to come back.
