I Order a Dubai chocolate horrible they didn’t even put no chocolate in the middle no layers or nothing everything dry and charging 16 dollars im not coming back

i came into the store at 6:10 and the store closes at 7 and they had turned everything off and there were only a few items to order because when we asked for what we wanted they declined what we wanted before there closing hour

Employees Told me they were going to quit their job after handing me my food I guess cause of what I ordered will probably never be back just made me feel like they did not want me there

Ordered a green smoothie today and it was awful. It was bitter, not fully blended, and nothing like the one I had at the New Windsor location—which was much better. I ended up throwing it out because it just didn’t taste good. I am very disappointed I wasted my money on this.

People here were very nice food was amazing 10 out of 10 experience

This place is quite literally one of the most dirty establishments i've been in. they throw everything on the floor, they barely wash their blenders, and the cashier is extremely disrespectful. this place should be shutdown in all reality its not doing as good as the one in New Windsor.

My protein drink was made first and so good. They saw me waiting little long and asked what I was waiting for to make sure I didn’t have a long wait. I know they get busy so I didn’t say anything. They were all great and I appreciate there service.

Went here for a protein shake and the staff member was oddly rude/unkind and I was charged the wrong price for my drink. When telling the worker didn't work, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told they would be there in an hour so I went back then the staff member told me they won't be in for a couple days. I called to speak to the owner, gave another worker my number, and was never called back. I tried talking it out before writing a review but unfortunately customer service is not the highlight of this establishment.

Second time in this place. Different people working. But just like last time, I ordered a small banana and strawberry smoothie and they made up the food items for the three people who ordered after me before they made my smoothie. I even gave them over a 20% tip when I ordered.

I remember meeting the owner in Middletown NY I believe it was her second store and I was ADDICTED ... My work then moved to Newburgh and I found this location when it was the smaller, now this current location Is perfect Location easy access , good space , excellent attendants who were eager to help and explain the benefits, food and Detox water are EXCELLENT plus the Beacon location is convenient when I'm over the bridge and I hear more expansion is coming in ALL for it ! Thank you very much !

Horrible experience today and usually love coming here. Pre ordered the 12 pink milk covered chocolates as advertised on their website earlier this week to pick up today for my girlfriend. Even received a text from Al asking what day and time I will pick them up. When I arrived they did not even ask for name or confirmation so pretty much anyone can go in and say they ordered and get free strawberries. When I was given the strawberries they were all just regular chocolate not the pink ones shown that I pre-ordered as advertised. When I told the “manager” this is not my order and showed him the ones on the website I ordered he looked at me like I had 3 heads. Could not give me any explanation. Did not even have the ones on the website advertised. Completely false advertising. My girlfriend was really looking forward to them otherwise could’ve got them anywhere else. Will never order from here again. Could’ve just went to Market 32 for what I got. Very disappointed
