Me and my boyfriend got food poisoning from the wings we been throwing up non stop and the wings were the only thing we ate all day I had to call out sick of college and work I’m heading to the hospital now . Teach ur staff how to properly cook food!

Worse service ever we had a family reunion hoping to had a great time but no our food took 1 hr and on top of this came out cold. Server only check on us twice and one was for the check . The manager came out to tell we were getting a discount and that was all . My family and I didn’t eat we brought our food home to heat it up. I’m so disappointed and unsatisfied with the service I’m expecting the general manager or district manager to give me a call. Something has to be done or you will be loosing more customers.

I stopped here to eat around 3pm or so and we sat down and waited for over 15 mins to be seated, then at least 15 mins ro meet our waitress to order then we ordered and it too over 40 mins for boneless wings ,fries,burger . We were so unhappy with our food after the long wait potato wedges were ice cold, boneless wings were very over cooked to hard to eat , the fries we so over done and hard. The worst meal the only God part was my husband's burger and even that had bacon on it that was so over done. Then there were only 2 waitresses for so many tables not even close to each other. I still walked away paying over 30 dollars for our meals the manager gave a discount but looked at us like we were crazy. It was just nit a good lunch I wish we would have just gone to taco bell. Very unhappy and even the manager wllsaw the food I cut it in front of him and showed the crunchy fries and showed him the cold wedges but still the food was not worth it at all I'm very unsatisfied. Makes my not want to go to Buffalo wild wings again. Very unhappy and it was embarrassing to complain in the restaurant people staring at us. Just a bad day. Left unhappy and frustrated

I usually dine in and have always had a good experience. The bar tender and servers are very attentive. Takeout service could be a bit faster and needs a little more personality to keep hungry patrons patient.

Parking: They share an enough parking with a casino so you can go gamble after eating or vice-versa.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the place tv’s all over the place, so they won’t get bored and I think I saw some activities for the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have all the ramps necessary to use wheel chairs and the also have double doors for more space, they also have tables for disabled customers.

Went here two times past 2 weeks with my brother. First time his friend was with us. All the seats at the bar were taken so we had to get a table. Waitress was most likely new because she was very nervous and a little unsure. I told her I wanted an order of wings and she said boneless and I said yes, but that stopped and so no not boneless, traditional, hot. My brother got a burger and so did his friend. We also ordered mozzarella sticks and cheese curds for apps. They were good. When my wings came out, they were boneless and SMALL. They seemed a little over cooked as well. My brother and friend said their burgers were great.
The second time we went back was for Sunday football. Got there at 12:30pm and got 2 of the lost few spots left at the bar. Around 1:15pm the place was packed. The bar tenders were great and this time I order the cheese burger which was good. They only cook burgers to well done FYI. We also order the nachos which were good. Saw the waitress from the week before and looks like she settled in and was doing a good job. She remembered us from the week before had had brought our apps out. All in all the bartenders and waitress have been well nice and did a great job the two times we have been there. Just the boneless wings were small. All the people that we talked to there were nice as well.
Parking: Get there a little early otherwise you will have to park in the back

I had a good time until they gave me 20 year old girl... She was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional.... I went out the front to smoke a cigarette withy friends and she thought I booked her for my meal... They took my food I haven't finished yet and hid my miami dolphins glove... The manager try to fix the problem but General manager ruined it with his disrespect to me and my friend and told me to leave the place.... Overall it was a terrible experience and the General manager should be fired and the server as well... BEWARE OF THE DISRESPECT BY THE GENERAL MANAGER AND SOME OF THE SERVERS CAUSE THEY LIKE TO HIRE MINORS NO DIDDY...
Delivery time was excessive and the order was incomplete. Food was mediocre and there was no sauce at all on one of the orders of wings. Probably the worst delivery experience I have ever had. Not sure what’s going on there, but something has gone terribly wrong today. Also, when you order via ApplePay from their site, it doesn’t allow tipping, so be sure to have cash on hand for the driver.
