I had a very bad experience during my last visit. The next day, I realized I had left my wallet behind. When I called, they asked for personal information and details about the wallet and said they would verify and call me back, but no one did.
I went back to the location in person. The staff member who assisted me asked several questions and then called the manager, Mr. Darrel. He also asked very specific questions about the wallet, such as where I was sitting, which made it seem like the wallet had already been found. However, he told me it was not there.
I asked them to check the security cameras, but I was told they do not have access and that a third-party company handles it, with no clear timeline. This explanation did not seem reasonable to me. I then mentioned that I would contact the police.
Three hours later, I was informed that my wallet had been found and placed in lost and found, hidden under something instead of being taken directly to the manager’s office. When I went to retrieve it, it was handed to me without any verification or apology.
This situation raised serious concerns about professionalism and credibility.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I ordered takeout and they were busy, and still provided excellent service. The fries were good as well as the boneless wings!! Price was right. No problem whatsoever, Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings!!

630 on a Saturday night. Restaurant wasn’t full. Maybe 15 random tables empty. My party of 4 was told 30 minute wait because the kitchen is backed up! Hostess wasn’t seating anyone because of the slow kitchen. I said that’s normal for this location anyway. 3 other customers walked out after hearing this. How do you stay in business! I could manage this restaurant better and I have zero restaurant experience.

Come in 11:10 I asked the guy to sit us down. He told me let me see because kitchen, but they close maybe you’ll take it to go. I remind them. We have another 40 minutes. He real realize he said something stupid. He called somebody that person said us down the waitress came. I guess she was rushing to go home and she told me I might have to take it to go I told her the guy said us down, cause we still had time from that moment she started giving me attitude. She had no patient about helping me ordering anything. I really wanted to leave, but I was hungry.

Paid for onion rings was given about 4 for $6.49. Less food for the amount of money. Person who gave me the food was nice. There was not enough food for the amount of money I spent. Disappointed!
