Horribly managed store. Would not recommend ordering on a high traffic day. Preordered a day in advance for the Super Bowl and set up a pick up time with an extra hour because I assumed there would be delays even with the preorder. After waiting for an hour in a room with 50 other people who mostly had pickup times before mine, seeing people who were still there nearly 3 hours after their pickup times, and with the store saying it could be anywhere between another hour or two, ended up just asking for a refund and cancelling the order.Worst part was there were people who had ordered 2-3 hours ago and with pickup times after my pickup time who were getting their food. Don’t think the store was making any effort whatsoever to fulfill orders with earlier pickup times first so the worker at the pickup area could provide zero info on how long we could expect to wait cause orders seemed to just be being fulfilled at random.They really need to stop accepting orders once they exceed their capacity to fulfill the orders they are receiving.Ended up ordering delivery from another place on my way home and they managed to get my order delivered in 30 minutes.
