Five stars! Small restaurant with board games on tables- very cute. My husband and I played Connect 4 while sipping delicious peach margaritas. Ordered whitening and shrimp meal with sweet plantains and Mac and cheese- 10/10 definitely recommend. Food and drinks so good we wanted to circle back for lunch again today but they are closed Sun-Thurs. Unfortunate! Craving those shrimp. We just moved from NYC- it’s hard to find good food upstate, happy we found this place.

The hostess Sky and Chef Ramello...gets a Chef's ? Kiss! Ordered shrimp boil with Lobster tails, corn, n Broccoli- also fried catfish and shrimp. Atmosphere is small but friendly. Played 2 games of Trouble with my daughter - we had a blast! Drinks were lit? prices were reasonable.

This was our first time and we really enjoyed our food. They were out of a lot of the things we wanted to try..crab sticks, dungeness crab, and didn't have enough bread for our fish sandwiches, but that didn't much matter... We subbed snow crab and for the lack of bread, they gave us fries and Mac n cheese - complimentary. Was a bit generous for a slice of bread, but they were making up for the inconvenience. Gotta appreciate and love that!!
I also didn't like my first cocktail... although the waitress advised it's one of the most popular, it was just too sour for my tastes and it was changed without hesitation. My second cocktail was very good.
The only complaint was the service was lacking. Let me be clear, the quality of service was awesome, but they seemed extremely short staffed. The person in front of the house was the waitress, bartender, cashier, server, take out and whatever else and seemed very frazzled at times.. However she was awesome when she could get a moment to check on us.
I believe good food takes time so they do compensate for the wait time by providing games on the table such as connect 4 to keep you occupied. We will definitely return...

Just had the number 6 on the menus asked the chef can I bring my own live lobster for him to prepare and cook and he said yes. I thought that was so cool. Food was amazing. So much food I have to take some home. The photo was taken. A little late after I already started eating. lol My wife had a boil also and my daughter had shrimp and season fries. My cousin had the whitening fish shrimp and season fries. Now we are have frozen drinks on this hot hot 90+ degree day.

I had the fish and shrimp with fries. It was a good serving for the price..... but it needed more flavoring. The fried fish tasted like the whiting you buy from the supermarket. It tasted to me like they just thawed it, slapped some salt and pepper, then fried it.

My wife and I just came back from having dinner for the first time at Crab a bag and it will not be the last we like good food reasonable prices in a comfortable place check check and check for all of the above The staff is friendly welcoming and music is excellent and then there's the food which sticks right to your ribs it's just real good so go as fast as you can and crab a bag or box or plate or whatever
I would highly recommend Crab A Bag. The atmosphere is very laid back. The restaurant has a great view of Washington's headquarters. The service was great. The prices are great. But most of all the food was AMAZING. I went with 3 coworkers and we all ordered something different and all of the food orders were delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This is one of my favorite places to treat ourselves to. Love the seafood boils!!! Very well seasoned and the owners are always 10/10 to my husband and I. Only thing I would change is how often you’re open. Right now it’s a Sunday and I’m craving y’all but it’s closed lol. God Bless!

The rice and pink beans are the best in Newburgh. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. I'd give 10 stars if I could. It was delivery. And I'll definitely order again!!!
