I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant ever. I’ve eaten at this establishment many times in the past and it’s gone down hill. From the moment we were seated, the service was discourteous and unwelcoming. Our server did not introduce herself or offer a greeting. Instead, she began the interaction with a curt, “What do you want to drink?” This set the tone for the rest of the visit, which only worsened as our meal progressed. The food we received was far from the quality we expected. My bacon was burnt, the eggs were bland, and the waffles tasted like generic store-bought Belgian waffles. My boyfriend ordered pancakes that tasted as if they were made the day before. To make matters worse, our plates appeared dirty and worn, and the table had not been properly cleaned before we were seated. What was especially disappointing was that after our meals were served, the server never returned to check on us or ensure that everything was satisfactory. This experience was frustrating and disheartening. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and care made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

Denny's is a hometown family great place at least it used to be be careful about ordering onion rings from there I onion rings and got four or five. Guess it's best to go with the fries

Even though I like Denny's, this rating is only for Denny's at Route 300 in Newburgh, NY. In the last 2 months, I have visited this place twice. Both times were between 6 am. and 7 am. The place was not clean, there were only 2 employees. It is understandable since it is very early in the morning and it is open 24 hrs a day. We ordered the food, there were only 2 tables with 2 couples, it took half an hour for the waitress to bring the food. To my surprise, there was a long blonde hair in my food! Called the waitress and showed it to her. For my surprise, she questioned the veracity of the finding, asking if the hair was mine. Well, I am a red-headed, not blonde. STRIKE ONE! The second time that we decided to give it another chance, we ordered pancakes 🥞, there was an empty restaurant that day. Food came in on time, I would say. However, the pancakes tasted like steak! Come one! I felt like eating a piece of steak! I left them, I could not eat them. If this happened with an empty restaurant, I wonder how the food is prepared when they are in a rush! I'm just asking... I won't go there again! I do NOT recommend Denny's Route 300 in Newburgh, NY!

I had to use the restroom upon arriving. The bathroom was so disgusting that I left. Urinals looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month. Bathroom stall had piles of TP lying on the floor. It was so gross that I couldn't ever think that the kitchen wouldn't be as rancid. Hard pass.
