Great place for FRESH bagels! Very local, and very cozy. The staff was super friendly, and they work fast. Even though we are from out of town, we felt like part of the community. Skip the chain places and come here!

We called to place an order, and they even read it back to us to confirm everything, so we thought it would be right. When we got there, the place was packed (which usually means good food, right?). We waited in line for a while. Unfortunately, our order was completely wrong. I wanted to go back and have it fixed because my parents and I were so hungry, but the wait was just too long. Really disappointed — everything just seemed so unorganized.

Incredible bagel deli that feels like NYC. The customer service can be a little too direct at first, but my orders have always been correct, food is delicious, and I love their onion bagels and Chipotle Turkey BLTs. Now I look forward to going there to see the staff and get some comfort food.
The bagels themselves were good and fresh, everything else was bad. The eggs were barely cooked, the cheese not melted on the sandwich and the bacon was cold. The staff was friendly and working very hard but some training to maximize customer throughput is needed. For about ten of the 25 minutes that I waited for my sandwich, it sat in a pile of complete orders that nobody was checking out.
