So i went to this location today 1/9/2026 at 6:20 pm and the girl taking the order answer laughing wich im fine with it but as she's taking my order she continues to laugh and i had to keep reapeting my order because she was to busy laughing of what ever was going inside I come to this location every single day nd never had a problem until now poor service today

I normally don’t do reviews but I have been constantly met with racism from a specific employee at this location. I’m unsure of her name but she has red/brown hair, really bad acne, and usually wears her hair in two lower back braids. She is constantly giving me false information about items and even tried to tell me that I was trying to get something for free one time, when in reality they just never gave me the second item I ordered (it took me a few minutes to realize, but I never even stepped out of the building so it was maybe within minutes that I received the order). It’s unfortunate if she’s a manager, she does a terrible job.

This Dunkin is consistently a let down . Every time I go, there is something wrong with the order. They have no clue how to work their Dunkin APP and numerous times have taken the points off, yet I have had to pay for the item! Counting change seems to be a hardship as well. The donuts are always stale, you cannot get any donut without sprinkles, and the icing on some is always missing half. Between the food and the staff, I’ve had enough and will not return

I don’t usually complain when it comes to fast food however, this is the third time in a row this dunkin location has gotten my food order incorrect. I ordered two chipotle wraps and I modified it to be made with white cheddar instead of the standard american cheese. The first time I brushed it off as a simple error, the second time I got annoyed but brushed it off again. I got the same order again and it was made wrong again. I don’t know if maybe they aren’t reading the ticket correctly but three times in a row is just ridiculous at this point.

Service was horrible took too long. The staff worry more about their drive thru timer on the screen than the customers ordering inside the store. Ordered a matcha latte but looks more like I paid for a cup of milk.

Fix the men's bathroom, I drive an ambulet come in for a coffee and need to poop and it's always out of order for repeat clients, that's incompetence and unprofessional
