Every single time I come to this Dunkin' Donuts the people at work here are horrible it takes forever to get anything from this Dunkin' Donuts there's not one person in the store and it takes 15 minutes to get two coffees every time I order coffees my orders are wrong or are not hot I have to say the people that work there are like a bag of rocks I think I learned my lesson this time I Won't Go Back

My husband and I arrived for a wedding in the area and we were in need of a midnight roast coffee after a 2 1/2 hour drive from New Jersey. My husband and I walked in and each ordered a cup. The nice lady behind the counter asked if it was okay if she brewed us a fresh pot and of course we said yes. We sat down at a table a waited for our coffee when we realized that we could not have a conversation inside this Dunkin Donuts because of all the fans running. We quickly realized that there was no air conditioning and this place has large, extremely noisy, fans running to try to keep the customers and employees comfortable. When our coffee was done the lady behind the counter was trying to get our attention but we couldn’t hear her because of the deafening sound of the fans. I told the staff behind the counter how bad we felt for them. Being in that environment for 10 minutes waiting for a fresh pot of coffee gave us a headache. I can’t even imagine working in that environment. The fresh pot was delicious but you cannot expect to have a conversation with anyone without yelling over the fan noise. And all of the employees deserve a quieter, cooler work environment.

Nice service, but it seems like the favorite donuts are sold out too quickly. By 3 or 4 pm you're definitely leaving with the various coffee options, but you're not finding a French Cruller, nor a bagel twist. Otherwise, I recommend the frozen caramel coffee, add an extra shot of espresso and whipped cream. They do seem to have a lot of the glazed blueberry donuts and plain glazed donuts left into the evening. A summer favorite is the ice latte. In the winter, it's definitely a hot latte, just ask for a bit of foam.
I tried to order a box of Joe at 8:20 and they told me they could not make it because they were closing. Mind you they close at 9:00pm.

This DD drive thru consistently has the Midnight coffee available. However all of the locations that actually have Midnight available it is just warm not hot. I request cream and sugar for Midnight and it's consistently not hot, if they have it at all.I like the Midnight & Apple Crumb donuts and that's the reason I go to DD. I just leave if they don't have it.Wasted my time.
