Ordered a sausage egg and cheese. Waited 10 minutes. No drive through. Grabbed my food and headed back to the job. Open it up, my first bite; ice cold. Took the sausage patty off tossed it. 2nd bite... STILL FROZEN... took the egg off ; tossed it. 3rd bite .. tossed it all together.

Possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I have ever been to. I frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts once a week for about two months, and every single time without fail my food is either cold/burnt/wrong or when I place a mobile order items aren’t even in the bag. The service is pleasant enough, but not enough to justify ruining my mornings with actually inedible food. Some people may think to bring whatever bad food back in to be remade, I’ve tried, the food returns back simply inedible in the same or different ways. How hard is it to just be consistently good or decent, instead of just consistently bad
