After hearing numerous favorable reviews and seeing its 4.6 rating I decided to give this place a try. The drinks and service were superb. Being a foodie i proceeded to order 1 of each Mushroom ,Califlower,General Tao, and empanada to which my wife decided to increase those to 2 of each. Very disappointed with the flavors of each. The server proceeded to swap those of what she suggested....and upon the arrival of such we were hit with a off smell. Definitely lacking flavor. These items were NOT eaten. As the manager continued to apologize and offered alternatives I explained I was full from trying these previous items. I will say my wife loved the fried apple turnover and ice cream.. Sorry not satisfied with management explanation that the flavors were based on their "Fusion" based menu
The food at this place is top-notch and the service is also good. Some things to be aware of are that, even though the big windows have a great view of the river, they do look out over an active train track. Since I like watching trains, it was a plus for me, but it one is sensitive to loud noises or prone to wandering and climbing (children, etc) it might be better to be away from the windows if they're open. Also a little weird to me that the bathroom is actually in the restaurant next door, then down a set of stairs, but I guess they're re-using an older building so they've got to do the best with what they have. The ordering system wasn't the most straightforward thing either, you fill out a paper ticket, then have to display a card to have a server come by? It seems a little gimmicky, but I don't mind a gimmick as long as the food is worth it, and Hudson Taco has got the goods. Definitely adding this into my regular rotation.

The food is fantastic! The drinks, not so much. It’s usually busy so expect a wait but it’s well worth it!

Their margaritas are absolutely worth it, sour mix is fresh. Drinks are strong but not overbearing and sneak up on you. Their food has significantly improved in quality and taste since they first opened.
The staff is very familiar with their menu items, the ingredients per item and understand food allergens and how to handle meals accordingly. Overall, this place has come a long way and I feel safe bringing friends who have several allergies, Business associates and family.
I will say the bathroom situation is awkward. Walking through a workstation and trying to get through the maze of tables is cumbersome and awkward.

Had the ribs and it was great. Slid right off the bone and the flavor was just right. Sat at the bar and service was quick and efficient

Does the bearded bartender have to loudly bang the bar shaker twice on the bar top every time he makes a cocktail? The female bartender doesn’t do this. Does he not know how jarring and annoying that is?

Incredibly affordable and tasty street tacos along the Hudson in Newburgh. I took one star off because the tortilla chips provided with were sadly unimpressive when the tacos were so tasty. Large eating space with beautiful views of the water. Food was served fast despite the large crowd. Would absolutely come back again and recommend to others!
A good but expensive set of tacos. Good staff, nice venue, but plan to drop some loot here.

The food needed salt, and the churros were delicious, but we were not allowed to have drinks because my 46 year old sister forgot her i.d.
